I need to tell you about steve in the service department. he is THE BEST! the ford dealership closest to me closed and I was at a loss as to where to bring my older f350 for service. I knew steve a long time ago at a different dealership and he reached out to me. he fit my truck in last week and worked on it. I am absolutely THRILLED with what his service department did! my truck is driving better now than it has in YEARS!!!!! I am so incredibly grateful to have found steve at nemer! highly recommend!

Mabye sales ppl are good I don't know but their collision department is terrible they put a bald tire on my truck didn't align or balance it three times I had to leave it there for them to get it right for the collision manger to be an ass hit his fist on my truck and leave a dent in my brand new aluminum side panel so I'm less than pleased with this place zero stars would be more accurate

Wow! I found EXACTLY what I wanted and drove away hours later with a new used Ford 150 with all the whistles and bells. Trading in my Ranger was a seamless transaction and Nemer offered a fair price for it. My experience there overall was great, Jordan, my super cool salesman, was friendly, efficient, knowledgable, and worked quickly to get the keys in my hand and so I was back on the road in no time. I look forward to continuing to work with their service department to keep my truck in the best condition! Thanks to Jordan at the team!!!

I had a great experience purchasing my Explorer! Jordan Pincheon was my salesman when I purchased my vehicle. He made the entire process seamless from start to finish. He was knowledgeable about the vehicles, was easily able to answer any questions I had, and eased my mind with knowing I had a reliable vehicle for myself and my family. Additionally, he was not pushy, and helped me understand the different aspects of the warranties etc..When it was time to pick up my car, I was in and out in a matter of a few hours. I highly recommend Nemer and Jordan as your sales person.
