Great service. They moved me into storage, stored my belongings for 8 months and then moved me into my new home. Everything arrived at my new place with 0 damage from both moves and from sitting in storage. I wanted some items left in front of the unit so I could have access to them and they were all there waiting for me when I finally got to the unit. Units are well lit and the grounds are well maintained. Can't go wrong with them.

These people are a joke. Came to my house back in February for a quote to move my household goods to Delaware. My wife talked to Seth Rukat for an hour while he looked over our belongings. There was absolutely NO confusion about where we needed them to take our things. Over the past week we've been trying to get confirmation that they were still available to do the job with promised phone calls back and un-answered emails. Just got off the phone with them and was told they don't move out of the state of NY?!? ZERO stars is more like it.

I've been renting a unit here for over a year. One of my problems renting elsewhere in the past has been dealing with the weather that we all deal with every winter up here. They do an excellent job of snow removal and the office is always staffed if I ever have a problem or question. Highly recommend.

So over a year ago I moved my things into a controlled heating unit which I specified and asked questions (you know basics the temperature its kept at and the high demand for these units )... Well I was lied to from the get go and found out the hard way if I could put it gently... I was told it was heated so I was charged a good amount there was never any heat on when I went in to check on my things just a fan circulating air would turn on when the door opened. Well when the time came to empty my unit and move stuff out It was nearing the end of the month so i wouldn't have to pay a whole other month for nothing i literally fought with the desk and the "head guy" as to when i could convenience them as if it was in their control when I can empty my things of which I'm paying for to hold my things that I always paid on time.. I fought them in the end all to find out they were dishonest from the get go all my things were covered in Mold when I filled it I had put brand new furniture which is why I wanted a controlled temperature to remove the mold idea and they stood behind their units saying they keep it at 65 and that they've never had mold and I brought it up because unheated I've had issues with before which is why I chose heated ... didn't smell mold or mildew but I was rushed because everyone and their mother was coming for that unit that day to look at it (which I know now is a crock ).. Just sincerely disappointed that people are dishonest and I will not recommend this place ever.
