She had bad attitude took two dresses to be ironed asked the price said $3 each and gave her my card checked my bank later she charged me $20 , when I called her back said she had said $10 , she is loud and rude and cheats the customer.not to forget she lies .

I took two dresses to be cleaned because my regular cleaners were closed for 3 days for holiday. I came here because the reviews look good and they are near the library I regularly visit. Both dresses, not gowns, were worn once. One had stains and one was just very wrinkled from sitting in a corner of my room since having worn it. The stained dress was not cleaned. All the little stains were there. In fact, I saw new stains I hadn’t seen before. The owner claimed they attempted to clean the dress three times and asked me to let her do it again. I refused because why would the 4th time be a charm. I’m bothered the clothing wasn’t tagged to alert me they attempted to clean it and the stains were still there. If I didn’t inspect the dress before paying, I would not have known as the owner also didn’t mention that to me. As for the second dress, I don’t think it was cleaned either because it just doesn’t look good. It wasn’t stained so there are no stains on it. I have to take both to my regular cleaner, spending more money because neither can be worn in their current state. Each dress was new so I haven’t even gotten more than one wear out of each. And the owner asked $20/dress. Very disappointed. Clearly I won’t be returning. I’m not sure why my experience was so bad as this place has fairly good reviews.

The lady knows her job, she knows what she is doing, which is great but she really needs to fix her attitude and behavior. You have to treat your customers better if you want them back. Price is also on the higher side.Overall an OK experience doing business with Village Cleaners.

This is my go-to spot for all things dry cleaning and hemming. Great service. One time I came in with 6 pairs of jeans 30 mins before closing. I need it same day so she stay open later just to finish up in less than an hour total. She called me and I came back to pick them up. Very cheap to hem jeans and she does a great job. I usually keep the original hem for a few bucks extra.Another time, came in with 1 pair of jeans, got fitted, got them hemmed, and was out the door in 10 mins. She's the best!
