Awful -- overbooked and turning people away, even though third party sights show availability. Avoid.

Terrible service, never ever again. Car is not ready and my family including 1 year old kid been waiting for more than an hour. They charged me 435$ at the counter and after told me that they don’t have available cars.

They lied to my father who doesn’t speak English fluently to upsell him. Absolutely useless over the phone, pay extra and go somewhere better.
