The owner is serious and intense. I had a zipper break on my tote bag. I haven't picked it up yet. However, while there he replaced several of my watches with NEW batteries at a good price. I look forward to bringing him another batch for a good price. He hand makes some beautiful leather totes but his ASKING price is too high. If he lowers the price I would love to buy one or two.

Owner very nice and professional, every time I came in he fixed the problem. I have diversified selections of shoes and he’s able to work on them with no problem.

The owner is super nice and helpful. I went in to have a bag handle fixed and he fixed it for very few dollars. I’m satisfied, I will be back here.

This place is worthy of its name because Boris definitely provides quality service. I recently bought a pair of Paige boots on sale that could not be returned. Boots should be above or below the knee & these boots were awkwardly laying on the center of my knees. I brought my boots in to this store to cut them shorter and to narrow them a bit. Boris explained that we couldn't make them more narrow because they don't have a zipper & all the stitching was done internally. I'm glad he didn't try to do something that would ruin my boots just to make extra money. He was able to shorten the boots and they now look custom made for me. His work is of high quality. Please see pics. He is also a craftsman. Boris makes his own high quality knock off designer & artsy bags using only the finest leather. I consider myself to be extremely lucky to bump into his store. Boris now has a customer for life. I'm so glad he was able to do me the favor and have them ready for me the next day so I could bring them on vacation with me.

I don't write reviews at all, but things may have gotten ugly had I decided to say something. Owner/man working there is beyond rude. Impatient answering simple questions. I'll give him the benefit of the doubt, maybe he is on the psychological decline and can't stand people at all. Maybe he thinks he's better than me? I feel bad for his family. I'm glad there was nothing I wanted because I'd rather burn my money before giving it to him. Piece of trash.

So, I've been bringing in my Rockport shoes to get the soles re-glued and a shine. After about two months, the soles need to be re-glued again, and I get them shined. Same price. No acknowledgment that maybe the glue they use is defective. Two months later, same thing, the soles need to be re-glued and I get them shined. Same price. So, after that I decided three strikes, you're out. They need to be re-glued again, so I went two doors down to the hardware store and bought my own glue and did it myself. A lot cheaper.

My go-to for amazing shoe repair, and even better customer service. Always so friendly, and they are passionate about fixing your favorite shoe without costing you an arm and a leg. Highly recommend.

Excellent! Don't listen to those 1 star reviews. I've been going here for 8+ years. He can fix almost anything and will let you know if something is not worth repairing. Extremely affordable. I'm a shoe addict and this is the only place I bring my shoes / bags for repair. I recently moved out of state and will bring my shoes when I come back to visit. It's worth the trip...the 5 hr round trip journey. Trust me!

The best place to fix any type of shoes or zippers. Boris is a very professional shoe repair and would do any job you want. He is fast and would do anything you ask for. Would definitely recommend. I brought in 4 pairs of shoes and he did all of them in one day. He polished and repaired the heel just now I wanted. Would definitely come back

I went in to get the lining of my boots repaired.No hello when I walked in. The owner was very rude.Told me my leather boots were plastic. And could not be repaired very poor customer service. I would not recommend the shoe repair store. Very rude staff. I would give 0 stars if I could.
