This was the first time my husband and I were using this framing place. We brought two pieces of art we purchased from a recent trip to Israel that needed framing. We were a bit nervous and wanted to ensure our pieces would be handled properly. Well, the owner exceeded our expectations! Not only is he very kind and helpful, but he does excellent work! We are so pleased and highly recommend this place!

I wanted to get some memorabilia framed and after some research, I stumbled upon Pastel Art. The shop owner was super friendly and worked with me to find the best frames to make the items pop more. After everything was picked out, I was ready for a hefty estimate. I've gotten a couple pieces similar to this framed in Midtown for around $250, so I was expecting it to be close to that. However, he told me it was $94 and I was ecstatic! The wait time was around 2 weeks (including Thanksgiving weekend), so no complaints there.The finished product was awesome too, I loved it. Would definitely come back here to get more work done in the future.

Beautifully done! He was incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and helped me with the decision making process. I was worried since it was canvas that needed to be stretched, and the piece has a lot of sentimental value to me. He clearly handled my piece with great care and with a quick turn around. Thank you!! I’ll definitely be back. I recommend arriving in the afternoon, that’s when I’m able to catch him!

Friendly service, great quality. I've had 4 posters framed by Paul, all turned out beautifully and were reasonably priced. The one time a poster wouldn't be ready on time, Paul called me and let me know there was a delay with the manufacturer and I was able to pick it up one day later than originally scheduled.

It was my first time framing a big print that I bought, and I was very happy with my experience here. He took time to consult and give advise about the right frame to get, and the result looked great. I can tell that he is an artist himself and that he really cares about what he does. If I need another frame, definitely will be going back. (Somehow I can't upload the photo in this review)

Had a really great experience here with Paul! He worked with me on all the details, frame type and thickness/depth, color and sizing for the matting, how to hang it, and even carefully wrapped it when I came to pick it up when he saw I'd be placing it in my car back seat for transport. The price was better than other quotes and his turnaround time was fast! Great communication by phone as well. Definitely recommend this shop and happy to support local!

I got two pieces framed by Paul, and they turned out great. When there was a shipping delay from the matting supplier, Paul called me to let me know the pieces would be ready a few days late. All in all 2.5 weeks until they were ready. Had a great experience, will be coming back here again.
