Great Service, fixed my hair after a perm and the owner was herself was very reassuring, trimmed it and was very polite. Would highly recommend coming here and it was only my first time 9/10. Great Salon, will be back soon for sure

Bad reviews, don’t go to this shop for haircuts! ! !
This shop is the ugliest one I've ever seen for haircuts. The simplest layer cut looked like something a dog had chewed, and it was cut by the proprietress herself.

DO NOT COME HERE!!! U WILL REGRET IT!!!!I showed the owner a picture of a girl’s hair and told her how long I wanted it. Halfway through the cut, she asked if I wanted curtain bangs, but I declined and said I wanted the same hair as the picture. When she was finished, I realized she HAD given me curtain bangs that were WAY to SHORT. Instead of the simple, straight, hair cut I was looking for, she gave me one where it was thick at the bottom and EXTREMELY thin at the bottom. This made my head looks HUGE. When I told her my concerns, she just said that she did a “perfect” job because of her years of “experience”. A person with experience should know the difference between curtain bangs and slightly shorter front strands. They should also know to listen to their customers opinions and not just do whatever they want. Now, thanks to this salon, I’ll be where if a hat for the rest of the year.

They always think they know best. They think they know about your hair that you grew up with all your life more than you. You show them a picture and once they mess it up, they'll talk about how your hair is a certain way and its not their fault. No respect to customer either as they dont pay attention or talk to you and keep talking in their language. Gave too many chances and tries because I got one or 2 good haircut the first 2 times maybe. Always cutting more than they should. This time my hair has been beyond repair, ruined my entire flow of the hair. Now I am waiting for it to grow back a little so I can go to a different barber and make it short and even.Services: Kids' cuts

This salon may have good prices but is extremely rude and has bad customer service.I went to this salon last year for a haircut and they criticized mefor not tipping them enough despite being a teenager that was given money by my parent.I called today and they hung up on me and cut me off of my sentence.I called a second time thinking it was a mistake,I asked for the price and they hung up without giving me a proper answer. At this point what is the point of a phone?whether it’s a landline phone or a celluar phone are you that stingy with your telephone bill? All the other salons I called that same day did not have an attitude and said bye which should be the bare minimum.Usually I don’t get mad at stuff like this I always push it off thinking they were having a bad day but I can see that this is a common occurrence.I can see that they only want to talk to people that understand their language.

Highly recommend for a no frills/great value haircut. I got a wash, straight cut, and blow-out with a flat iron touch up for only $28. Make sure you tip the nice ladies. I waited less than 5 minutes, I went on Wednesday during early afternoon.

DO NOT COME HERE. My mom is a working lady still at almost 60, that works HARD for her family. Upon arriving, Nina (the owner) and another older lady worker there kept making fun of my moms white/grey hairs, saying what took her so long to get her hair done and that she looked absolutely terrible, in front of EVERYONE in the store. Such an awful way to treat your once loyal customer. After humiliating and hurting her self esteem, they pushed THEIR OWN hair ideas on us and completely disregarded what we wanted. I wanted a normal, cold perm. They KNEW this but kept talking and talking about how hot perms were better and that it would for sure look better, when in reality it was just more expensive. I didnt even agree to it, THEY JUST DID IT. I only realized halfway through when some of the steps were different from my cold perms before that I knew something wasn’t right. They did a digital perm AGAINST my wishes and I hated how it came out but was polite about it. For my moms hair, she kept telling the older lady who cut it that she wanted shorter layers multiple times. This older lady just does what SHE wants and thinks looks best, completely disregarding customer wishes. Obviously my mom wasn’t happy with how it came out and politely requested the owner re-cut the top layers a bit shorter like she asked. IMMEDIATELY the older lady and the owner start talking bad about us in their mother tongue. Even though we were both disappointed we still tipped, and the older lady just glared at us with no thank you and didn’t say bye. Absolutely ridiculous and unprofessional. My aunt also stopped going here as they are always talking about money. Never coming here again.Services: Haircut
