Straight extortion. Refused to unpack my stuff unless I paid an additional $700 on top of the agreed upon amount. Movers will ill equipped and I had to carry most of my stuff in.

Workers are lazy , my husband did all the work while movers sat in car . Than price was changed last minute. And Will not return my calls or emails after a claim was made on missing boxes and broken furniture costing me additional 3500 to replace. All I wanted was my items replaced . Do not use them it’s be since 12/18/22

If I could give ZERO stars I would. I saw great ratings and got an amazing deal and then all of a sudden the price went up, no one returned my calls or emails. I'm so in the dark about what's happening and I would not recommend anyone using this company ever.

Just moved to Florida with Marley moving and I'm glad I booked with them , they are a small company so the rates are very good. delivery was on time and the movers did an amazing job.

We were moving from the east coast. We called Marly Moving after we received a Referal from a friend. It was a struggle because we weren’t moving to our new home from quite some time, but wanted to start the packing / moving process. Thankfully, the price we received from the amount of furniture and boxes we had was very fair compared to other quotes that we received. We had more supplies than we originally thought we would have, but Marly worked with us on that and we are very thankful.They stored our supplies for about 1 month before we moved into our new property. Everything that was packed was received and in the same condition, something I was worried about. But thankfully no issues in that regards and everything from top to bottom was great in regards to pricing and service.Thank you Marly! Will highly recommend to others.

I move a lot, and this is the most unprofessional moving company I’ve ever done business with. They grossly up-charged me after giving an estimate for my move (which I ended up having less boxes than predicted). They also damaged several of my items beyond repair including a $400 bed and a $45 lamp. After telling me protocol for getting reimbursed, they stopped responding. No reimbursement, no communication. Nothing. Morally inept do not do business with them!

I can say that hands-down this is one of the most reliable moving companies I’ve ever dealt with. I decided to make the move from Louisiana to New York and was unsure how I would get all my valuables from one place to another without them being damaged or stolen. Marley moving was not just careful with my belongings but they made sure that I felt comfortable throughout this whole process and even offered me 100% refund if any items were damaged. I cannot explain how happy I am that I chose them and they made my whole moving process easy. THANK YOU!!

The best!! I needed help moving out of my apartment in NYC on short notice and every other moving company turned me away.Marley and his movers went above and beyond, on a personal level, and therefore I will never go elsewhere with my business.They showed up on time, and efficiently packed up my furniture in a secure and professional manner. They didn’t let me lift a finger, and were done in under an hour!For any movers in NYC stressing about the process, these guys will take this weight off your shoulders, literally!Could not be more happy with my experience here

I really wanted to give Marley a good review and help support a small moving business like this but our experience with them was mostly negative so I have to be truthful in my assessment.My wife and I had a long distance two-day move from NJ to MD last month and negotiated a price with Marley about a month before the move. Upon arriving at our apartment, the movers took one look around at our stuff and rudely stated that we had more things than originally claimed and had to pay more. He called his boss (the owner) and I spoke with him, negotiating on the additional amount I had to pay. Not wanting to delay our move, I begrudgingly agreed to fork over an additional sum of money that we agreed upon. The movers spent the rest of the evening packing our things in the truck, while often continuing to complain about how many things we had.Fast forward to the next morning where we had previously scheduled the movers to come to our new apt within a two hour window of 12-2pm (we had to reserving the loading dock elevator at our new building for that timeslot). At around 1pm, I call the owner to ask an approximate ETA and he tells me the movers are expected to arrive at around 4:30pm - 2.5 full hours after the time we had agreed upon, with no valid reason. The mover himself called me while on the road and rudely told me he'll go back home if we couldn't accommodate the 4:30 arrival.When they finally arrived, I will admit, the movers were friendlier than they were the previous day. But they unloaded everything from the truck rather slowly, often disappearing at times. After the move was complete and we started unpacking, we noticed damage to some of our boxes and the contents inside - they did not bother to take care of them very well, even though many of them said "FRAGILE". Also, we noticed a couple of things missing after the move (they were not super important to us but still worth mentioning). The movers were also responsible for disassembling and reassembling our bed frame, and in doing so, we found that the frame is now wobbly and not near the condition we originally had it (we have drawers underneath the bed that now can't open fully). I tried to fix it myself to no avail but that should not be my responsibility in the first place.Overall, all things considered, we did not have a good experience with Marley Moving, during a move that was already stressful for us. Two stars is generous. I would recommend looking elsewhere for movers.
