Solely based on first encounter: Upon smelling [Korean] food (which are intense), gently asked about it causes the clothes to smell--since I saw several garment w/o a plastic covering; the lady responded that it's not but if I had an issue, there are other cleaners. Her suggestiveness rather made me reluctant to stay so I took her suggestion. Got a feeling Kapri respects their own comfortable & set ways over their customers' concerns.

I have had pants, a work jacket and coveralls altered here. They have a good turn around time and high quality work with fair & posted prices for a multitude of alterations. They do a great job sizing the clothes for the alterations and ask to make sure you are happy with the length. They do a good job of matching the stitching style/color. If you need something tailored I would definitely recommend coming here.Service: Alterations

They did a great job tailoring a pair of green pants for me. I bought them at a thrift site, perfect condition but way too long. Not anymore! Perfect and I couldn’t be happier.

I brought my 3 boys to get their suits altered for their mother's funeral. The owners were so kind and thoughtful, offering the kids juice bottles as they were waiting for their turns with the measurement (and warning me about putting quarters in the meter to avoid getting tickets). There are two small dressing rooms where you can change into your outfit and a relatively spacious mirror to see how you look. Each child's sleeves and pant legs were efficiently measured, and noted ... no drama or meltdowns :) The store offers dry cleaning and basic alterations /tailoring. There are signs and plastic shields everywhere about social distancing, so they are conscious about keeping a clean environment. Thank you for creating a stress free environment and helping us get through this difficult time.

This business is owned by the cutest couple. They were so welcoming and extremely polite. It was my first time getting my jacket dry cleaned and they explained everything to me and warned me about specific hard to clean parts that were faded. The process was quick and smooth and I felt like I could trust them. When I came back the following week to pick up my jacket, the owner greeted me so happily and knew exactly who I was even though he had only seen me once before. He offered to hold the door open for me since I was carrying two large coats. I could not have asked for a better experience and will definitely be back. Additionally, my coats were cleaned well and packaged nicely!

Owned by a couple, they are super friendly, helpful, and are willing to make accommodations according to your scheduling needs. They also offering tailoring, which have never turned out badly in my experience. They've clearly been in business for a long time, which speaks to the high quality of their work. The prices are very reasonable and I've never had a bad experience with them! Highly recommended if you're in the area!

Love this spot for tailoring and dry cleaning. A little pricey but worth it given the quality of work. Also the owners are very nice
