I wouldn’t recommend staying at Hotel Pergola. The bedding has cigarette burns. The room smelled of smoke and Clorox. The heater is broken which is terrible because it’s cold during the Winter. The bathroom was full of someone else’s hair. The chair was wobbly so I was too scared to sit on it. It was also stained. The area is VERY loud. You can hear the room next door so don’t expect to get any sleep. The walls are literally falling apart. BUGS ARE FLYING AROUND IN THE BATHROOM.The hotel is located 11 min from AMC theater.

I stayed at this hotel four month ago,and it was a complete disappointment. The bed sheets were so weird. My children and I ended up with skin irritation.

The pictures look nothing like the rooms. The service is terrible they are unprofessional and disgusting. Most of the lights in the room don’t work. It reeks of smoke from cigarettes in the rooms.

The building looks good on the outside but in the inside the rooms are old and outdated, didn't seem clean despite the fact it looked clean, will not be coming here

I booked this hotel for my 70 year old mom without fully checking out the reviews. Her stay was for 5 nights but she only stayed one. She was horrified by the conditions of the hotel, I stayed on the phone with her all night. She complained of smelling marijuana in the building. Said her linen was dirty and the hotel refused to provide her with another set of linen. The toilet in her room did not work and there were many other issues.She spoke with two people, who said their names were Kimmie and Joe, both individuals claimed to be managers and refused to provide their last name's. They told her she could request a refund from book.com for the four nights that she did not stay. Every time someone from booking.com reaches out, they cannot contact either of these individuals.

I wish we had taken pictures to add to this review, but we were so disgusted and left so quick we didn’t get any. Avoid this hotel at all costs. We had an unexpected long layover after an international flight and this place was $178 a night which seemed decent for the area. The pictures online do not match the reality of this hotel. It should be considered false advertising based on how vastly different it is in real life. We aren’t the kind of people who have incredibly high standards, especially when traveling and needing somewhere to stay short notice. The entire building smells like cigarettes/ marijuana/ Clorox. The first room they gave us was occupied by someone else, so they did immediately switch our room and apologized. No big deal to us. However, the second room was awful. We were afraid to touch the bed (or really anything else in the room for that matter), the night stands were falling apart, the bathroom was gross, the sheets had burn holes and stains on them, there were holes in the curtains, holes in the walls, stains on the walls and floor, the fire alarm was hanging from the ceiling, I could keep going. It looked like a hotel from a horror movie. We weren’t even there an hour and they do not do any refunds so we are out $178. We explained to them why we were leaving and they kept trying to get us to try a different room, but at that point our mind was made up that this wasn’t going to work. We needed a place for 15 hours and it was so bad that we were willing to lose the money and go somewhere else. Do yourself a favor and just stay at one of the airport hotels. We paid $246 for a room at the Hilton instead and it was immensely better. We will also be calling our credit card company to dispute the charge because it’s the principle of the matter that they do not deserve money for what they are providing. I have never walked out of a hotel so quickly and been okay with just potentially losing that kind of money. We would not have been able to sleep or get any sort of rest, which is all we wanted after a 9.5 hour flight. Seriously do not give these people your money. I don’t know what they are doing with it, but they are definitely not maintaining the hotel in anyway. I don’t think they should even be allowed to operate or take money from people because they are not providing a service. They are stealing from you.

We had a terrible experience at the hotel. The person at front desk that works night shift was disrespectful to my wife. We booked it for one night due to flight being canceled and only hotel available which we payed a crazy price for. The room was terrible. It was dirty and floor felt like it had tons of dirt. Bathroom was not very clean either. There were bugs flying around. Room was super small and had no iron available. Do not recommend staying here ever. Stay away as much you can.Rooms: Room was small and very unclean for the amount you have to pay for the night.

My friend and I stayed here for 4 nights just a couple of weeks ago. Our non smoking room smelt very heavily of smoke. There were holes in the curtains, stains on the walls, something that looked like vomit on the floor that had not been cleaned up. A used plaster was stuck to the blanket of one of the beds. The bathroom was covered in a layer of dirt and the mirror had what I hope was shaving foam stuck to it. There was no chair at the desk, no kettle, no phone, no hangers in the closet, the room door only needed a good hard push and anyone could be in the room. We had to get the room key reprogrammed every day and were only ever asked the room number, no other details were asked for security. There was nowhere for luggage to be stored after check out. We asked if we could have the room for another 6 hours and were told it would be $150, Expedia was offering the room for $121 for the night! The biggest positive was the beds were comfortable. I would recommend not staying here.

Don’t know where to start. As I came to the hotel, straight away there is a sign that no refunds. As I checked in, I went to my room. The smell was awful, room smelled like cigarettes and a lot of room perfume, whole room has mold, bathroom is filthy, no clean, the AC sounds like a train it’s so loud that you can’t even sleep there, there were people that were shouting, banging on doors and its loud, you can hear everything through the walls and doors. Curtains were disgusting ?. Never ever in my life coming back again, this place needs inspection from health department. Place has big score in crime, smells awful and you need to be safe with luggages, it’s far away from metro, about 15min walk. PLEASE people don’t ever come here, I recommend to stay at airport then sleeping here. That is what I did, even I booked for two days, after one night that I didn’t sleep I just left to the airport. Receptionist was banging on the door and asking what I’m doing, no privacy. There is no smoking alarm and even the main light was gone, so there was only bed stand light.

Bad rooms, really dirty walls and curtains bathrooms not clean. Location is really bad not close to metro station only bus is available. Front desk and housekeeping is rude. Walls are so thin you can hear what people in the other room talk. You need to charge your key every day its really annoying when you stay longer.

This cheap place to stay gives you stinky, dirty and smoky rooms, no car parking, no breakfast, a very rude receptionist at night who will tell you that a child is not allowed to stay here, and when showed the reservation that included the child, apologizes only as an after-thought after questioning you why you are trying to modify the reservation. Book this place if you want to be treated poorly.

Never ever stay at this hotel - they over charge you for nothing ; I stayed their two night and they charged me for an extra night for nothing. Upon mentioning that I booked for 2 night. The customer service guy was very rude and started using bad language and they are not professionally trained to handle any matter. I would not recommend this hotel at all

This was the most horrible, humiliating experience I’ve ever had. The front desk workers are PRETENDING to be managers on the phone and are giving misleading information while lying to be managers. I’ve never in my life have been so disgusted and frustrated about anything. I travel about 30 times each year, for years now and this is the most horrible hotel I’ve ever stayed at.

Absolutely horrible! The room was dirty and smelled like piss, the towel ware stained, the bed had hair in it and a bad experience in general.This is by far the worst accommodation that i ever had and i wouldn't recommend this hotel to my worst enemy's.

Room wasn’t even worth the price we paidWe stayed at this hotel, it was horrible. First off, the girl who worked the night shift (Ariyanna) was rude, acted like we irritated her, didn’t greet us or did she look at us, I guess whatever she was looking at on her phone was more important. Our first room smelled like smoke (thought this was a non-smoking room/hotel). Went down to ask to switch to another room, again, Ariyanna seemed to be irritated about me even asking her for a different room. She gave us a room one the first floor (rm 101) right next to the stairs which ppl came in and out of all night…kids crying in the hallway, elevator didn’t work, cable was wack, no phone in the room… We won’t be book there again and wouldn’t recommend my worst enemy to stay there, just aweful…. SmhBTW, the hotel business phone doesn’t work AT ALL
