“The staff were very attentive and I didn't feel like they were just trying to sell me a mattress. They cares about the way I slept and finding me the perfect fit. They also were very realistic with how my back would adjust and showed me all options including firmness and price range. Delivery was super easy, came the next day. They wouldn't deliver my mattress unless someone was physically there, so it made it in my apartment safely. There were a ton of mattresses in the store to test out and for ones they didn't have in the store, they had the logistics on how many coils, and other data for other mattresses that weren't available. Big shout out to David for being the sweetest salesman and Mark for being a supportive manager. Also, you're able to return or replace your mattress within 120 days, you only have to spend $200 to do so.”

However the most important attribute that convinced me to buy this bed is his endearing caring quality. He first took the time to talk to me by the phone for some time. Then I came a couple of days later and he remembered me and he spent so much time to discuss my family's needs. He treated me like we were family. I will keep coming back to Mattress Firm because I want to always deal if possible with Ed. Mr. Brumfield should be involved in training the sales staff. Been eyeing on Purple mattress but after I tried on a whole bunch of mattresses at Mattress firm, found something else that I liked more. Item was on sale. Tried massager reclining bed base and it was life changing! Had to get both. Set up delivery and delivery was on time and set up the bed quickly. Seamless. I'm very happy with the service and would find Sam again when I need another bed. I'd probably get another massaging zero gravity bed base and mattress in bigger size soon.”
