My boyfriend and I stayed here for the Stevie Nicks concert, and it was phenomenal! The room was clean (especially the bathroom), and the front desk employee, I believe his name started with a T was very friendly and even called us 30 minutes into our check in to make sure everything was okay!

The room is very clean and comfortable. All staffs are professional, breakfast is delicious, plus Nescafé machine including Espresso.

Valet is a really old experience, should just be park yourself. Solid commute from UBS
