Use to be a nice inn, but it's now a "shelter" for illegal aliens. Full of guards and looks like garbage from the lobby, lobby filled with garbage bags and filth. Another affordable inn gone to illegal aliens on the tax payer's dollar.

Our key card didn't work. The desk attendant was very unhappy and rude when we asked politely for another. The room was filthy and smelled stale.

Location is not very favorable for after-hours. I was told by the hostess that restaurants closes around 8pm. Also not a lot of options to eat. You will have a hard time looking for places to eat. Your only option will be doordash. Room quite comfortable but I have seen better options for the same price. Worth looking other reviews and assess your needs. Does not offer breakfast. 15-20 minutes walk from a Dunk'n Donuts.

Comfy and cozy. Rooms aren't so big but it's great for a one night stay on the go. Right next to the airport too.

A very nice hotel, not far from JFK airport. It far cheaper then staying in heart of NYC. Perfect for short stays before flights.Rooms: Rooms a fairly nice each coming with small fridge and microwave. Room had few little issues (none of plugs worked, bathroom door didn't lock) but nothing major. Will being stating again next time I'm in NYC.

We are staying here on our every visit to NYC. They have a small parking lot, which is an extra addition. But in busy times, you may not get parking. The rooms are just fine, everything you need is there, and clean. The AC is a bit old in my opinion, and does not work in their 100%, but not bad also. Walking to the metro is around 15 minutes, which is good for summer. A good place for two people. I am not sure, is this an ideal hotel for a family with kids. Some people smoke, and their behavior seems a bit odd. But if you want to save a bit of money, and want a quick night's sleep and leave the hotel, this is an ideal hotel. Nothing fancy. Although I am not liking the recent price increases, but compared to other hotels nearby, with the benefits, it's good.

The room was not bad but it was no free internet at all. The reception woman said like "they have a problem from provider and it is under fix process". We asked again from a different reception woman two hours later. The respond was "I don't know but everything work from our side".So they simply don't have a free internet or it just very pure so no even possible to connect. The internet is very sensitive for me because I don't have the mobile roaming from my country. The free internet in advertising is a misleading from a motel's side. I cannot accept it and will definitely report about it to Expedia (where it was booked). Will call also my credit card and fill a claim.

Outstanding Inn!!! We had an amazing stay at Cresthaven. We stayed for a week and we didn’t have 1 complaint. Snacks always available, great maid and cleaning service. Comfortable bed, parking and the shower feels so good. The staff really give lovely customer service. Latisha and Richard made us feel comfortable and welcome. It was so clean and odor free, I just can’t wait to stay again.

Awesome place overall!! SUPER CLEAN!! At times you hear fellow guest doors close because they just let them slam but its not a major problem...also can hear a train horn periodically...its in a decent residential neighborhood..i would definitely stay here again... really friendly staff too! One minor complaint is the complementary coffee is behind the front desk and thats weird! But id highly recommend staying here!

Really not that bad. If you’re looking for an inexpensive place to crash for the night between flights it works. Not a lot to do around it but like I said if you’re just crashing for the night it works.
