Corona Hardware is truly a gem of a hardware store in NYC! they have practically everything. they have an emphasis on customer service there as evidenced by the many staff members who are there to greet you as you enter the store. I think with these two factors it creates a lot of value for any person looking for home improvemen needs.

DO NOT COME TO THIS PLACE FOR ANY PURCHASE OR KEY COPYI been always had troubles when going here but there was no other hardware store nearby, so frist they didn't wanted to give me a refund on an unopen just bought product that didn't even took home and the refund couldn't be done because the manager had to be there so i had to call the bank. Now i had to get a copy of a key and it's a pretty far walk and it did not work it's not fair that i walk for another 40 minutes back and then go again to my house just to try it and then repeat the same process, i suggest going somewhere else if you have the chance

I come here when I need tools and help. Cant say that they are perfect every time I come here, but more like 4/5 times.Bottom line is that this is a good store I recommend.

DO NOT SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS...They have been adding a 5% surcharge on all purchases...In addition they are placing a 35 cent charge when they give u a bag...Robbing from this Hispanic Community is beyond belief...PLEASE REVIEW YOUR RECEIPT BEFORE YOU LEAVE THIS GOUGING ESTABLISHMENT...

Just don't hesitate to speak in English as someone in their staff will be able to attend to you. They're well stocked. Bring your bag so you don't need to pay extra for the bag. I have a lot of household tools and other stuff that I bought from them on many occasions.
