As stated earlier you might think the sign to this store leads you to a smoke shop but just look for where the shopping carts are and go in through that door to the immediate right of the smoke shop and you will find a cozy store that looks a little shabby but has some fantastic buys. I happened to be driving through the town and just looked over at the strip mall and saw the big Oriental market sign and absolutely checked it out for nothing but pure curiosity. They have a whole lot of ingredients that you're not going to find at big box stores like h Mart or the supermarket in Middletown. Lots of rice seasonings, pickles and sauces. There are also some fresh ingredients like baby bok choy but the star of the show where the Frozen authentic Chinese soup dumplings and steamed buns. Probably saw my favorites I've ever had even more so than the ones I get at the Korean grocery store. There's an elderly gentleman who helps you out with everything if you have any questions and he's very happy to do so. Looking forward to going back there again.

I'm amazed by how much good stuff this store packs into two aisles! Tons of stuff that my spouse and I have been craving that you just can't get at a more generalized store - tons of great sauce options, noodles, frozen bao ? we also picked up some grass jelly and boba pearls, along with some chrysanthemum tea. Very happy we found out this place exists!

This is a well-stocked, family owned Chinese market. They also carry Malaysian and filipino supplies. The owners are always very friendly, helpful, kind, and engaging. I highly recommend this business. However, if I had one wish about this place, I do wish they would give the place a good cleaning, and empty out the trash and clutter that covers literally every flat surface in the place, including the floor. It's a bit much. However, having said this, I find most Asian and southeast Asian markets to be maintained this way.

There aren't many specialty Asian grocery stores in the area and the nice item selection and good, friendly service here makes this store a winner.

Very friendly staff. The store is not very large, but the staff are willing to work with you to get the items you want if they are available. They were very knowledgeable and helpful. I came in primarily looking for Japanese products, I was happy to see that this market had several needed staples in stock and relieved to hear that I could get items I further needed if I could not find them there at the present time.

The Chinese owner, William Ling, owns this small amicable "grocery" store. While small, it carries a variety of goods that is hard to find elsewhere, locally that is.It still beats having to drive down 2-4 hours down to NYC (depending on where you live). And, if you ask nicely, he can find and bring up other hard-to-find items from his weekly NYC trips.The best part about the store is how low the prices are.One word of warning. Credit cards are not allowed. Venmo is used instead. Idk about cash though.
