He was thoughtful, confident and a great listener as well a clear communicator to explain what the issues were.He was able to fix an issue that another repair person from a different company could not. “Floor staff helpful, clothing selection fairly large, outdoor items - it's not EMS or Cabelas. Who is anymore?In the footwear dept. they occasionally have high end brands. See the photo for the Keen pair of shoes $49.99; if it's your size GRAB it. I found Yak Trax, in a few styles and at 1/2 the price I paid for them years ago. You can run on ice - no exaggeration! Just take them off; to walk on tile, terrazzo, or wood floors. The Pet section is truly amazing. The buyer must be from one of the major chain stores. The selection of toys, treats, and accessories is awesome and thoughtful.”

“OUTSTANDING customer service. Called looking for a Josh Allen jersey (sold out literally everywhere online & in stores), they didn’t have them in stock BUT they shipped 3 different sizes over from their Middletown location to the Galleria for me within two hours! Walked in and picked the right one. Nate (one of the associates) helped me decide on a good fit, and I could tell he was passionate about sports. Wish I could give this store 10 stars— customer service like this is a rarity nowadays! Will be coming here in the future??”

“This store is smaller than the ones typically found in malls but they have a great selection. The staff is friendly and very helpful. The prices are reasonable and sometimes they have sales. Great place to go if you like Birkenstock’s or adidas.”

“Usually not a problem getting help its once you tell them I'm looking around then they go huddle and talk which is kinda nice instead of someone trying talk you into something you really don't want or need I've never really had a problem with the employees the female manager is quiet rude and will prob ignore you because shes to busy lacing shoes but she is stern and mostly not happy but kind of rude at times but she tells you what is gonna happen if I return the male manager is very friendly but stern just advice try the shoe before you leave any sign of wear even when you had them in store when you leave they will not take it back and corporate has to get involved but I buy thousands worth of shoes a year and it's getting better! I still have hope for my closest neighborhood kick store during this virus though they just should. E closed there useless atm cancelling orders that were 60% off and it was not one shoe and this one for my son... quiet annoyed .”
