This place is one of the Hudson valley’s best kept secret! Phillip was very helpful and took the time to talk about what cut was best for my recipe. The farm store looks very charming and welcoming. I love that the store has more than just meat. I was able to buy seasonings and maple syrup too! Highly recommend!

High quality steaks at a fair price. I’ve gotten rib-eyes, strip steak, filets, skirt steaks, short rib, rib roasts and T-bones and everyone who’s eaten these steaks has raved about the quality of the meat. Hard to beat the taste of local raised Angus cows. Philip is friendly and helpful. Definitely check it out if you are in the area!

Thank you Phillip for this amazing steak dinner! Not only was it easy to cook, but it was juicy, tender and the most delicious meat I’ve ever tasted. Phillip was very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable in many ways. They also have awesome chicken and sausage products!! I would highly recommend visiting New York Beef. This place is truly a diamond in the rough.

My friend purchased bourbon wings, terriachi wings and hot wings for super bowl. Best wings I have ever eaten! Not an ounce of fat. The different flavors were excellent. Terriachi was my fave. Will definitely get them for an event. BTW, we also purchased ribeye steaks over the holidays. Best steak we have ever eaten! Made steak, egg and cheese sandwiches with the leftovers

Came down from Albany, Phillip was very knowledgeable and explained different cuts of meat, seems to be a great group of people and great product. Will definitely be stopping here again next time I’m in the area
