“Very convenient location on main St with good gas prices and a decent array of convenient goods in store. The best and only worthy gas station to visit on Main St in Arlington, Poughkeepsie, NY. The managing team and staff have integrity and are friendly and easy to communicate with and there’s never an issue. Unfortunately, this is the only gas station you should use on this block as the Sunoco just a hundred yards or so away is a terrible alternative, as it is unsavory at every angle one could think of when reviewing a business. I get that some folks like to use companies that participate in rewards or points etc- while there’s no known rewards program at Valero, there is an app called GetUPside and this will save you a good 49¢ on the gallon, per visit.”

“I visited Prestige many times when I lived in Poughkeepsie. The weekend before Thanksgiving, I was driving back home to visit family when the message popped up on the dash - brake light out. So I visited here the week of Thanksgiving, only had to wait a few minutes before they saw me, and about 15 minutes total before it was all done. Such wait times are unheard of by me. You'll be waiting an hour if you're lucky. And the price was reasonable as well. All the places by me in northern Virginia are crooks, but Prestige is honest, hard working, and fast, but not so fast that they do shoddy work. I only regret that I no longer live in the area so I will probably never visit again.”

“The only reason this place gets a 4 is because the woman who works the early morning shift is ALWAYS and I mean ALWAYS on point. Everything is always full and she works from 4am to -7 am all alone. The amount of traffic in that place during those early hours are crazy and again she has to stick , make sandwiches fill coffee get the hot food ready make the soups and check people out. Other than that everything is so expensive I remember when Stewart's was cheap even there own brand stuff is expensive. The bagels , breakfast sandwiches , breakfast wraps are so over priced and absolutely disgusting. Even there donuts have taken a negative downward spiral. I picked this Stewart's because I shop here often but other Stewart's and there food , buttered rolls bagels sandwiches ( breakfast) are all cheap and old. ALOT come in frozen so when it's defrosted the break gets like old and turns into crumbs . I can go to a deli and get a fresh egg sandwich for 3.75 there sandwiches are 4.30- 4.75 .”

“I like this Shell gas station. It's right at the corner near Dutchess Community College, so it's convenient for most of my needs when I'm down there. If only I would have had the guts to get a discount card earlier from Shell. Up until todays trip in to get gas at the pay-at-the-pump terminal on pump 2, I had never stopped here (when it was a Shell station), but once in a grey moon, I had stopped in when this location was it's former brand (a few brands ago). Yes, it's pump displays are a little dark for a 1:30PM pumping, but they suited my needs and got the job done well. I was a little reluctant at first to get gas, as there was no action near any of the other pumps, but knew it's a popular store at other times so I went through with getting the gas after I turned the corner from Route 9G onto Cottage Rd and immediately turned into the station. Up until today, if I wouldn't have had my GasBuddy and Shell cards, my first other two choices would have been the Innis Avenue Mobil or Stewarts Shops station near DCC and I wouldn't have given this cheaper station another thought. I wasn't thrilled that there are two prices (10 cents difference) between cash and credit prices, but I kinda' figured that'd be the case (hoping to catch college kids by surprise.) My Shell card saved me half that difference I paid to use my GasBuddy card here, but it got me the product I needed when I needed it the most. Thanks again for letting me open my eyes and see this station in a new light. I'll try to stop in more often, if I'm caught down in Poughkeepsie and needing gas. I find myself routinely having to make Uber trips to Poughkeepsie and decide to use return routes via Route 9G to get around some other issues I face that have me in fear, so your station is really in my book as a prime target now for gas. Thank you.”

“Gas is cheaper here than pretty much every other gas station in the area ($2.99- let's be real gas is like $3.15 rn). Amazingggg deals on candies/drinks. Buy one get one free Core Power protein drinks is pretty legit. I noticed they have a huge coffee bar (different syrups, cinnamon, etc) I was very surprised to see such an equipped coffee station in a convenient store! The cashier was super friendly and suggested we get a Speedway card for even more deals. Highly suggest stopping in to pick up some munchies for cheap, conveniently across from the gym!”

Some of their local competition has ranked as the #1 worst corporation on the planet (Exxon-Mobil) or been given an "F" (Chevron, Gulf, Texaco).”
“Good old Gurjas. Pete is a nice guy. I go here now and then for this and that. Has a good selection if you don't want to go to a supermarket. The only downfall is the shitbags from the projects who come here to spend their welfare money. They put a stain on everything. I used to go here daily for beer, but scaled back my drinking after my third heart attack and 6th triple bypass. Now I just go every three or four days for a carton of Marlboros. Gotta live healthy and right.”

“TOTAL-31/2 stars rounded up. This little gas station is short on real estate but big on CONVENIENCE: Grab'nGo food and beverage options, and a gentleman with a lovely attitude earns 5 stars. LOCATION: Red Oaks Mills intersection at Spackenkill, Vassar, 376/New Hackensack. Deduct a 1/2 star for the inferior Dunkin' Donuts that is on site (which sells stale donuts and requires waiting in a second transaction and line). PARKING: Entering and exiting is tight and a bit complicated-careful. There is no drive through and very limited parking and the large. GAS PRICING: The day I visited, gas prices at the pump were 10 cents lower than three neighboring stations. RATE: Star reduction for the really tight parking squeeze and price sign that is often not working. In other words, you need to actually pull up to the pump to see the prices.”

He made the best peanut butter pandemonium milkshake i've ever had and he even gave me some tourist information about Poughkeepsie. The lady that was working with Andrew with the curly dark hair was also very kind and insightful. “I had diarrhea in this gas station once. I was in the restroom for half an hour, my butt acting like a fountain. They were closing and thankfully the cashier let me finish. I didn't buy gas or anything. I'll never have fish tacos again. I'm only giving four stars because their tp was thin and rough and took about 4 hours and some aloe to feel normal again.”

“I am forever grateful that they offer free air; it was a lifesaver for me because I did not have cash and needed air to get me to the auto mechanic. Stewart's is the best neighborhood "convenience" store and gas station. Their gas prices were great as well. Lastly, I love their ice-cream. Whenever visiting one of their stores, I've had excellent customer service 96% of the time. Thank you Stewart's... can you open more locations across NY please... come to the tri-state and LI.”

“Stewart's Vassar Road has been our neighborhood pick for fast and friendly service. We gladly pay between eight and $.10 a gallon more for gas because the service is typically wonderful. The store is easy to get around in especially since the expansion a few years ago. Head directly to the back for your fresh, local dairy delights: local milk, and whipping cream are some of our family favorites. We've been living up here for almost 13 years and stop in to Stewart's at least once every week to indulge in their incredibly yummy and luscious premium ice creams and Stewart's brand chips. Having grown up on Wise potato chips, I found it difficult to switch but Stewart Shop's original is a keen rival at a fraction of the price when Wise can't be found. TIP: The little shopping baskets simply will not do because you will not be able to resist the freshly baked donuts and other pantry necessities you forgot you needed. I bring my own shopping bag and alert the staff that I'm using it to fill up then return back to check out. Worth noting that Stewart's is a regional business and I love to support small businesses in the Hudson Valley. MUST HAVES: seasonal specialty flavored ice cream which rival some of the top premium brands. This week was apple pie. If you love apple pie you'll love this one.SHOUT OUT TO TIM, my friendly Stewart's cashier today.”

“This Valero location is great and convenient when traveling on 44 although most of the time, especially during the day hours, all the pumps may be taken and will require some waiting. The parking lot has a decent size to fit enough cars, though, there are no lines drawn to park exactly, which I find to be no issue, considering there's enough space all around. Everything inside looks pretty well stocked with snacks, drinks, and even coffee to make while on the go. Little cramped inside when moving around, so do take caution. Customer service at this Valero is great, as they're friendly and pretty outgoing to start a conversation with you especially if you're a regular. Can't emphasize enough, we need more of that everywhere.”

“Loving the $9.99 unlimited wash for a month plus free vacuum and with 2 brand new 2022 Hyundai's it's a real blessing. Staff is great, very respectful and you don't see that much these days. Unfortunately with this present economy and a lame president we can't afford $49 for the 2 cars. We will becoming periodically over time. I would like it if the vacuum stayed on a few minutes more but hey it's free for now lol Thank you”
