THIS BRANCH IS TRASH. I DON'T KNOW WHY THEY WASTE MONEY ON PHONES BECAUSE NOBODY ANSWERS THEM. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

This bank should be closed down. Not only is it in a terrible area. My brand new debit doesn't work to get into the building to use one of the two atms machines, which probably doesn't work. Then once you drive to the one on route 9. 6 miles away, that one always does not accept cash deposits. CHASE IN THE POUGHKEEPSIE AREA IS TERRIBLE!

I had a 12:30 appointment with Anne Hommel, walking into chase I was greeted right away with a woman confused on why we were there and told us to just sit down and wait. I did come early with no rush, it’s 12:15 and Anne comes to tell us she will be finished in 15 minutes. Again that’s alright no rush, some time goes by and I’m not told anything on the wait. This woman comes around asking me why I’m here and what I’m waiting for, she goes to Anne’s desk and walks away; I was told nothing. It is then 12:56 and I’m looking around, I think it would have been nice if they communicated with me instead I felt completely ignored. By 1:06 I walk straight out the doors no question asked me and Anne make eye contact and she does absolutely nothing. This bank lacks professionalism and needs serious training with customer service.

How is the ATM closed at 10 when the same day cutoff deposit time is 11I’d rather get robbed by homeless than not be able to deposit my money ?

Very rude. The African American lady who is supposed to be the supervisor is nasty and needs some serious customer service training. She is unprofessional and her boss Eric won't even correct her behavior.

Besides the fact the ATM is super unsafe at night time with homeless sleeping in the vestibule for the ATM. I still come here late night to Deposit because thats when I am available to. And closing your ATM at night is really screwing me up and messing up me paying bills on time super unhappy long time customer. Ive gotten a few overage charges because I wasn’t able to get my money in on time. Very frustrating

Anne Hommel is wonderful at customer service and has a lot of banking insight. She assisted me on both my checking and savings concerns. She is top knotch!
