Worst customer service, was completely ignored while workers diligently helped out people who came in after me. Was left waiting out in the snow for help with a wiper blade while one worker finished mopping the floor. Then he comes outside and helps someone else first who came in 10 minutes after I did. So angry right now

A-Zone is known for pulling trouble codes. The short mngr woman here does not like to keep this service active. So I went to their other store and it went fine.

I needed a battery for my car, and I saw online they had one. I was able to go to the store and get it. Christopher was able to help me when I couldn't find the battery myself.

This location on main Street in Poughkeepsie has really gone down the toilet. Not bad service just inconsiderate service. And some of the employees don't know what park you're talkin about.

Worst store ever . Horrible employeesI went there twice to return an item and both times they said they didn’t have $44 cash to give me for the item I was returning. I will never go to Auto Zone again. NAPA or Advance Auto only from now on.
