I went to another gold buyer locally and the lady there offered me almost nothing for two Wedding Bands and stated they weren’t real but she felt bad, I went to Arlington Exchange and Nick (the owner there ) tested both of the gongs and determined that they were real and white gold and offered me the highest he could and it was significantly better than the $20 offered because someone “felt bad” I’m very happy for their honesty. Thank you for all the help! I will be back

I was there this morning the guy there was really busy but he was able to multitask and take care of all of us on his own. He was friendly and gave me fair offers while also being honest about pricing and how it all works. I will be going through a lot more old jewelry an I will be bringing it right in.

I was in and out. Walking out right now but had to say (especially compared to others around here) it is clean, friendly , nice, professional and honest! I believe I was just with the owner and I feel comfortable coming back again.

I was there two days ago and had a very positive experience. Great service , Great trade value and knowledgeable individuals. It’s clean and friendly. I would recommend it over anyone else around. I have tried from Milbrook all the way down to Main and everyone in between just didn’t work for me until I got to Arlington Exchange. It’s worth passing everyone on the way down even if it’s a longer drive, for me . I will be back again before the holidays.

Arlington Exchange has fast service, very fair pricing and friendly atmosphere. Nick took time to come to my house in 2010 to view objects in my mother's estate. He is the best.

I was just there yesterday to sell some old gold earrings and a few rings I had lying around from the 90s, I met Nick for the first time and to me he seemed to know everything there is to know about gold and diamonds. He offered me more then I was quoted from another location in the area by a lot. I will be back next time I clear out more boxes. Overall it was a tremendous experience in a clean friendly environment

Just got home from there. I haven't been to many gold buyers / pawn shops ... but the few I have been to usually has some arrogant owner or employee who gets upset because I ask questions. That wasn't the case here. The owner here not only gave me more than expected for my broken jewelry and old jewelry (Gold, Silver, Gold filled and diamond rings) but he answered every question, explained in great detail the process and what is worth what and why. It was truly a good experience by any ones standards but even more so when compared to other experiences I have had. Glad I found you!

I was there yesterday evening. I am just now getting a chance to sit down and review as best as I can. The store is clean , organized and the layout is easy to understand. The people working there , Including the owner, were all very nice and offered me information that was beneficial to myself. I sold some stuff yesterday and plan on coming back today or tommorow to sell more items.

A few weeks ago I received my Gold Kit and sent in gold. They paid me quickly for the gold and the process was super easy, I went in again today while in the town of Poughkeepsie for a local sale and the service was just as great and the people who are there are knowledgeable, friendly and extremely helpful! From now on if I am local ill stop in and if I am in my town ill use their online services. Thank you all for your help today!
