They continue to just open our house door and put the packages in our homes. We have never had this happen bc until we moved to where we are now. It’s very uncomfortable having a stranger just open your front door

The UPS store located on 21 Hatch Rd, Potsdam, NY 13676 is horrible. I have a new driver and apparently he can't read labels. He keeps leaving my packages at my neighbors house. I am in a wheelchair so it is a challenge for me to get them. My neighbor is also disabled and is not always home. I called The UPS store in Potsdam and explained the situation . The lady that answered the phone was VERY empathetic so imagine my surprise when I realized she had lied to me. She had stated the driver was coming back to fix the mistake Just wait on your porch. ( IT is 27 degrees outside). ....He never came back. AVOID UPS if you can

Let's cut to the chase... these guys don't screw around. Whenever I have an issue with a UPS package, it's further up the food chain, and not the fault of the Potsdam center. My drivers are consistently awesome. They plastic wrap my parcels when it's raining and they treat everything gently.For a while, I had a subscription for a once a quarter alcohol delivery, which requires a signature from someone over 21. UPS would actually ring my doorbell in an attempt to make the delivery. If you mainly deal with FedEx, you might be saying to yourself "they actually do that? They try to make contact?" Yes, yes they do.John, I see you rocking those killer shades.

Our primary driver, Kenny, is awesome. Drives carefully, treats our packages with respect, and is authentically a nice person. This is the best interaction we’ve had with UPS!

I went to the location to pick up my package and I was immediately met outside by happy drivers, they showed me where to go and who to talk with. My husband and I dealt with a nice woman (Heather I believe was her name), she assured me she would find my package, and within minutes, I was in and out with my items. While I waited I was approached by multiple staff members as well, making sure I was being taken care of. Working in customer service, I appreciated that greatly.

Instead of sending package with the ups driver for delivery, decided to send it to the usps for delivery....so add on 2 more days. Id really appreciate to use my oven to cook meals for my family instead of the microwave.

They were able to answer my questions but after telling me yes to my shipment, it got turned around and I couldn’t do my shipment anymore. A huge disappointment.
