Kyle is the best !!! He was very helpful and knowledgeable. He went out of his way to make sure we were happy with our purchase.

I was in the market for a new bronco and this dealer had the largest selection. I was very happy to work with their team and John pickett who was very professional, knowledgeable and helpful. I left the lot with a 2024 and I am happy to recommend anyone to their dealer.

Great experience from start-to-finish. They had plenty of options to choose from, we left with a brand new 2024 F150 pick up truck.
My sales rep Chris was awesome to work with, very knowledgeable with ford brand.
Sam the finance director there is no words to describe how thankful I am with you!

If you havent been to the new Ford of Port Jeff, you need to check them out! After going back and fourth between buying used, buying new, or leasing, the team at Ford of Port Jeff was patient and very accommodating! My salesman Kyle offered several options, was easy to get in touch with, and extremely responsive throughout the entire process.
After working out a deal over the phone, it was refreshing to see that on the day of pick up, nothing changed! They actually honored their verbal deal, there were NO surprises!
Sam in Financing was a pleasure to work with, super friendly and knowledgeable. Additional shout out to RJ, Vinny, and the rest of the team!
Thank you so much for helping me to get back into a pickup truck! I've only had it for 1 day but I absolutely love my F-150 XLT! Looking forward to many more days of happy driving, both on and off road!

Thanks to Vinny I was able to afford my midlife crisis car- a hardtop convertible Bronco! He got me a low APR and beat the other dealers’ price. While the car was being prepared, I got the chance talk to several other employees who were all so nice and friendly. Definitely recommend!

After about 60+ phone calls over 9 months, the dealership still owes me about $900.
I brought my 2019 mustang in for a transmission diagnosis. I was pretty certain it was a hydraulic failure, specifically the slave cylinder but let them diagnosis it with a mention of this when dropping it off. After a full month of waiting patiently, I called and they reluctantly said they hadn't brought my car in yet. I proceeded to call weekly and it wasn't until month two that they said they replaced the master cylinder and unfortunately the issue wasn't solved. After this, I proceeded to continue calling weekly until month 4 with a different excuse each week, such as we're having a difficult time scheduling, our transmission tech is out, etc etc. At month 4, I got a call from a new service rep, who told me he sincerely apologies but they didn't actually replace the master cylinder and will do so immediately. About two weeks later, this was done, but didn't solve the issue. It took about ~2 months for them to get to the slave cylinder, which finally solved the issue. When I went to pick up the car, they told me I needed to pay for the master cylinder. When I showed discontent since that didn't solve the issue, and I was told each repair was covered under warranty, they told me I should take that up with corporate. So, I called corporate just to find out that this is the dealers mistake and they are to cover the expense. It has now been another 3 months of calling repeatedly, and showing up twice with an answer of, the service manager is busy, he's out of the office, I'm going to talk to him right after this meeting. I NEVER get a call back. This is absolutely horrific customer service and I couldn't be more displeased. If you need to bring your car here specifically, please be weary of significant scheduling issues, extreme miscommunication and lack of communication, and lots of excuses if things aren't done in a timely manner.

Despite purchasing numerous vehicles from this Ford dealership, we have been consistently disappointed by their lack of customer care.
Our cars are frequently held in their service center for extended periods, causing significant disruptions to our business operations. This disregard for our time and needs is entirely unacceptable.
If you value timely service and being treated with respect, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere. This dealership does not prioritize its customers.
