I have a rare chaise sofa. It was created by Donghia, and it is considered a museum piece. It has an unusual shape with two backs facing opposing directions and the fabric which needed to flow was patterned. After reading all their reviews I took a leap of faith. I couldn't be more pleased. IT IS FLAWLESS! Absolutely perfect.

This is my favorite upholstery place ! Very professional work on custom upholstery. The staffs are amazing ! Very fair price ! What's even better is that they do have fabric sample books to choose from at trade price available in their store.

So disappointed. My grandmother's chair is lost forever. When I called to pick it up, I was told it was "given away" aka sold because I was late picking it up. I was called once and told it was ready, but was never told they would sell it. They said they texted me several times. I have texts from them but none of which mention the chair is ready or needs to be picked up. I've tried to reach out and give them a chance to make it right, it's been silence on their end.

I'm a furniture designer and needed a prototype seat upholstered for a show recently. I sent out multiple quote requests and and got back similar numbers but the reason I went with Westchester Designs Upholstery was because of the way they continued working with me through an evolving design. Most fabricators will write you off if you change the design after a quote. Joanne worked quickly to get me updated numbers and lead times.

Terrible communication! No answer to emails, calls do not get returned. Abnoying back and forth about a simple job. Resending emails over and over. Explaining everything over and over... Exhausting!

We couldn't be more pleased with the results of our Westchester Upholstery. We have 6 Mí¸ller chairs that we've owned and used! for almost 30 years. The seats needed re-stringing with Danish cord and after much procrastination, we finally sent them off and held our breath.
