Went to buy a polyurethane coating for the window box. The salesman was so knowledgeable and told us about the extra things we might need to do a door DIY job. They offered a little discount. Shared with us about the icecream place around the corner and was altogether super nice and super helpful ?

I went to the Port Chester location 2 years ago to get paint for my Baby's nursery. You would think the people there would have been nice to a pregnant lady but the customer service there was horrible. They speak to you with attitude from when you get there. Fast forward to today, my mother went there to buy paint as she is painting her whole house. When she got to the counter a guy at the counter said with an attitude "what do you want". My mom told him what she needed. He asked her "what finish", again with an attitude. My mom was not having it at that point and asked him if he was ok. He stated he was but clearly he had issues. He then told another guy there to take care of her as he didn't want to any longer. This is horrible customer service and clearly this location needs some re-training. Remind them their paychecks comes from the customers. If they are not happy working there then they need to find another job so they don't make the customer's experience to the store a bad one. I will be reaching out to the main headquarters and complaining as this is an on-going issue. Very disappointing.

Unless you are male purchasing paint don't even bother going here!!! They didn't even offer to shake the gallon of paint I was buying. Three men behind the counter and only one was busy ( no other customers in the store ) yet I was still ignored. Truly disgusting experience.

I ordered $600+ of wallpaper from the Port Chester location. I chose to spend my money at a local business vs. buying online, and I guess I learned my lesson since their customer service has been so bad and I believe they are even screening and not answering my calls as I’ve been trying to resolve an issue over $200 dollars for 3 months!I have been trying to return, for either a refund or credit, one leftover roll of wallpaper since late July. I had one complete roll of wallpaper left over from my project. Within 30 days of my order I called the store to say that i wanted to return a roll of the paper, they told me the process and how much i would receive and to just stop by , no mention of time limitation.When I called back again to check the store hours for the return I was then told that scheduling a pick up would be a better way to handle the return vs going in store and I would receive a call back to arrange the pick up.A week passed and i didn't receive a call, so i called the design studio back, i was then told that now i was out of the 30 day window (by 3 days) and i had to deal with the supplier directly. I was given the number and called the supplier. The supplier said "no problem" to a return or credit, but needed the account # which i didn’t have.I called back the Portchester location, spoke with Ivana who said she'd call me back. I didn't hear back a week later, so i left a voicemail.I got an email two weeks later, 2.5 months after my initial reachout to get this one roll of wallpaper returned which said :"I spoke to my manager, and although Kravet is saying they will take the wallpaper back, it is our policy that we don't accept returns on any wallpaper after 30 days. It states that on the back of your receipt.I'm sorry."This is unacceptable customer service. It's taken 75 days, and weekly calls to get this answer which is different from what i was told two months ago.I wrote to their customer service email before writing this review and have called every week hoping to talk to an actual persion but believe they are screening and not answering my calls, which is bonkers for a business to do to a new customer who has been nothing but polite and tried to work this out.Their dealings in this matter have been extremely shady. And I do not recommend their design studio at all

These guys are the greatest, went in today after going to Sherman Williams, because thats where the customer believed they got the paint from, and had no Idea what color they had on their house, and the guys helped figure it all out and they where super busy at the time, nobody had an attitude, nobody was annoyed and everyone was very helpful. If your close to this place and need Benjamin Moore paint go here, don't waist your time going any place else. Also not I'm not throwing shade at Sherman Williams, they helped out as best as they could, but I needed that Beni.

Abel and Robert are the most professional guys I ever seen, they give their friend ship and all the world kindness, although they are the best on matching your paint, if they some they leave for any reason we might thing on moving, but I know no body is going to match or give the best service like they do, best wish to this guys.

I went on Thursday the 7th at 10 am, the individual working at the counter was very disrespectful and rude when I was purchasing the paint with him. I didn’t understand the gentleman question and he got very irritated and spoke very nasty to me upon answering his questions.
