They did such wonderful lighting design and installation in my new home. The Ketra fixtures are beautiful. Their service has been impeccable and I would recommend them to anybody!

We have known the Innerspace Group for 25 years. They helped us in building a smart home this past year. Everyone, from the owner to the office staff, to the people working in your home are knowledgeable, courteous and couldn't do more to help. They are thoughtful, prompt, and ready to assist at all times. We have nothing but the greatest respect for everyone at Innerspace and would recommend them without hesitation!

They are the only company that actually found a solution to our problem of wanting to hide our cable box. The service is excellent and I was able to solve problems just by face timing with one of their technicians. Amazing and they even responded over a weekend when they were closed. Great service. Highly recomended.

I have just had a second InnerSpace installation at a second home my wife and I recently bought. I chose them because of the wonderful operating system they installed, and immediate response I get whenever I need them. For 12 years they have handled our visual and audio needs, and I can truthfully report none of our vendors offer better quality service than InnerSpace Electronics.

We can very enthusiastically recommend Barry Reiner and the entire team at InnerSpace Electronics. From the very first phone call & meeting the entire experience has been A+. We were building a new home and knew we wanted to build including state of the art “smart home†technology. InnerSpace designed a system including motorized shades, lighting, temperature & humidity control, electronics, music and cameras & other security. Barry had great ideas and came up with efficient and aesthetically elegant solutions. Everyone we have dealt with at InnerSpace has been knowledgeable, follows through and puts the customer experience first. Really incredible people. If there was a sixth star possible we would give that too!

The crew at Innerspace Electronics, Inc. are great to work with. Everyone is very knowledgeable, helpful and professional. They were always available to come to the project site, advise and coordinate. The turn around of drawings, details and materials is fast.

They were always available to come to the project site, advise and coordinate. The turn around of drawings, details and materials is fast. Special attention was always given to architectural details to ensure the aesthetics of the architecture and design are not being compromised. I had very successful projects with IEI with very happy clients and great quality product. I would definitely recommend Barry Reiner and IEI to anyone who's doing a home automation project.

What can I say about innerspace. Nothing good Hands down the worst service I have ever received. And the most incompetent audio company i have ever worked with. Several items 1-it took 15 months to do a control 4 project that should have taken a week. They gave no instruction, had no knowledge of programming system and never ever could get it working fully . They blamed the cable company so I switched. Still didn't work. They blamed the TV which they bought and installed so I replaced. Still didn't work. 2 - The new company I hired to replace these clowns basically in 2 days repaired every item they could not get right for months 3- all the items the owner Barry said could not be compatible or done with the system were done by another professional within minutes. 4- they sold bad remotes which seemed refurbished, downloaded old archaic software 5-The plugs / Wires going into the back of the system were plugged into the wrong locations from beginning . One box just sat there with no plugs. The sensors were not attached. The lack of volume control which has hounded us for months until we found one of 10 companies who immediately knew the problem 6 - The owner of the company Barry Reiner never personally come in once to review the system knowing the problems we continuously had. Thats how he ran the project and his business. He had the balls to actually say he wouldn't come continue troubleshooting his own mistakes until I paid him for service call which I wouldn't do. Stay away. Far away. Rip off and waste of time and horrible service.
