Our car recently broke down on the Palisades and Pomona came and towed us in a timely fashion on a Sunday evening. In addition to the Tow they did a diagnostic and it revealed a destroyed engine. They went the extra mile to call the dealership and find out if it was under warranty and it was. I highly recommend this mechanic as they are honest and helpful!

Edit after insurance: my car was totaled. 80% of the money went to the business. He told me to take my time making the claim. He told me I'm in no rush, I could wait a week. That was his scam to charge my insurance company almost exactly what they were willing to pay. Such a shame. If I had known his toe and storage fees were insanely expensive, I would have called AAA and have it towed to my own mechanic.
These guys were in walking distance to the accident site. We asked several times for the keys and they were lost by Gulf. That can meant so much to me, I wanted my key as a keepsake. I'm so very sad they lost a priceless keepsake.

The absolute nicest people. I was involved in an accident, they stayed with me. They kept me calm. I highly recommend their services. Honest and generous owner!

Pomona Auto Works is probably the best experience I've ever had with a body shop (or any car service place, period). I was in a real bind, and they helped me out in so many ways- their communication was amazing, the work they did for the price I paid looked great, and Haim is one of the nicest guys you could imagine. PAW is the type of business that I hope I never have to use, but if I do, I'm beyond thankful that they exist.

Very grateful to the mechanic team and owner of the garage here. I was given an honest quote and discussed the scope of work needed on my Jeep- no surprises & no gimmicks like other mechanic shops. I’ve come to this shop for small matters such as inspections, break line work and check engine light troubleshooting as well as larger jobs such as having my transmission fluid and filter changed. Work is always on time despite how busy they get and I genuinely felt confident in the work performed!Thank you!

Please, people, STAY AWAY from this place, I never give bad reviews to businesses, but these guys deserve it,they are a bunch of thieves, and wannabe mechanics that don't even know what are they doing, they are scammers, very unprofessional, and disrespectful, they try to get advantage of my wife today, of course, they see a woman and think "I can scam her" and overcharge her.Dishonest people here! Stay away.

Went there for inspection photos for my insurance. I called they said no appointment needed just arrive anytime between 11am and 4pm. When I got there they told me they ran out of forms. I called my insurance they said there are no forms they do it mobile. I was refused service and had to go to another location. If they can’t handle taking pictures of a car and have no problem lying about it I wouldn’t trust them to work on my car.
