“Tom and Hillside Service workers are good folk for the community. When calling in for service for your vehicle just address your issue quickly cause they are busy daily.
A helpful is to call ahead to come to the shop to diagnose your issue then set up a time to bring your car in for him to look at. Tom was quick to diagnose the problem I had for years that the dealership wouldn’t figure out. Took him one full day to fix my main issue, but he discovered another issue related to the first & wouldn’t let me come pick my car up until the whole issue was resolved. Overall, Tom and others want to make sure you are taken care of, fairly price and I will go back if anymore issues.”

“Lee and Alex (the owners of CCM) are the G.O.A.Ts (greatest of all time) of mechanics. I’ve been going to them for probably the last three years and I wish I knew about them for as long as I have owned a car. I’ve owned a lot of used cars in my life and always spent a lot of time in mechanic shops. I was never happy or confident with the work I was getting until I met these guys at CCM. It’s weird, I promote them everywhere I go. Who does that for a mechanic? It’s not easy to find a great mechanic that you trust. These guys are that good.”

“Needed four tires for my CRV, called the day before they had them ready when I arrived at 1 PM. The counter manager angel was courteous and efficient and professional. They had the tires mounted and balanced within 45 minutes. They gave me a fair price and I was on my way. The place is no-frills. You won’t expect coffee and danish but you’re buying tires. You’re not shopping for a suit or a pair of shoes. I highly recommend them.”

I found there a knowledgeable, professional team who are now my go to for automotive maintenance. Previously I was only going to the dealer, but don’t know why I’d go anywhere else now but to our friends in Port Chester. Mike is the best, and super knowledgeable.
