“My partner and I went into Chase attempting to open a joint account! We unfortunately didn't make an appointment, but the entire team at this branch was so helpful. Lisa, our teller, did everything in her effort to accommodate us and find appointments available in other branches! She personally called multiple branches around locally to try to fit us in that day. Even the teller next to us was kind enough to mention a few steps we could take. No one was available that same day and after REALLY struggling to find a time that works for our schedule, and about to change our work schedules around to be able to make an appointment....THEN CAME MICHAEL! the Branch Manager literally saved the day! He was very kind enough to finish our requests in a timely manner and was so pleasant for us to work with! I will definitely be coming into this branch whenever I need to go in! 10/10!!”
