Overall, great pharmacy! We have had a couple hiccups here and there, namely involving insurance or prescriptions getting "lost" but it's otherwise corrected. The staff is overall courteous but can come off as short and pointed.

Amazing experience! Initially, I get phone calls from a pharmacist or a pharmacy technician when my medication is filled or delayed (not automated calls). I am being addressed by my first name there (and I just switch between the pharmacies a few months ago). The pharmacist comes and talks to me about the possible and most common side effects of the medication. He is invariably friendly and cordial, and very personable. I am so glad I changed the pharmacy. I enjoy my new experiences with my new pharmacy. Thank you, Hannaford Pharmacy, for such a nice treatment! Much appreciated and enjoyed.

Your store smells.like rotten seafood . I walked in and walked right out . so gross that you can smell bad seafood as soon as you enter the store.

I have been going to Hannaford Pharmacy for a few years now, and it has been a wonderful experience. I have automatic refills, so my medicine is always filled on time. I get text notifications when it is ready for pick up. If I am out of refills, the pharmacy calls my doctor’s office for me. If they can’t get ahold of them, they always reach out to me ahead of time so I can try. When I arrive to pick up, there is never a line. The staff and pharmacists are always super friendly and answer any questions I may have. Switching to this pharmacy was the best move I have ever made. I highly recommend them!

I can't rate this store appropriately because every time I enter I am overcome with bleach fumes coming from the seafood department. I have to turn around and leave because I can't breath. I'm pretty sure bleach is not a food safe approved cleaner in grocery stores. And why do they have to use so much bleach to gas out the store? Ps- don't buy anything from the seafood department and wear a gas mask if you enter the store to shop in general. Not cool.

We love the grocery selection at Hannaford. The customer service is lacking at the Plattsburgh store. None of the employees smile or greet you. My three year old was trying to have a conversation and the employee completely ignored him. I am very disappointed that such a great grocery would be so impolite.
