It was my first time visiting this place and my toddler loved it! He really enjoyed his time there and got to play with so many different kinds of toys. My only complaint would be dust, it was very visible and it did not make me feel 100% comfortable seeing it in a children’s play area specially in the slide & tree top area.

Had my daughter’s first birthday here and it was amazing!!! The kids who help are so nice and helpful! They do the decor there for you and it looked amazingggg…they did not disappoint! The play area is so cute & all the kids we had from crawler to 7yo had so much fun!! Best party place ever!!

I booked dinner with Santa for my son and we got terribly sick with high fevers and everything. I called 4 days prior to the date in hopes of getting credit (as it’s noted on their policy) to go another time and get some use of my $75 dollars I spent. They said I cannot get store credit until someone else purchases tickets in my place. So not only am I not getting my money back- I cant even use it another time (they keep the money)What’s even more concerning is that this is a children’s play place where children are frequently sick- all this does is encourage parents to bring sick kids to go and play bc they booked tickets in advance and it’s impossible to get any credit to go another time (where they still keep their money! lol)

We had our daughter’s first birthday party here yesterday and it was incredible. This place is ran like a well oiled machine. I read the previous reviews regarding how poorly this place was ran, however, after discussing with my friends who’ve been here, they encouraged me to book. I’m so happy I listened to people I know and not some stranger on the internet. I understand how people felt “rushed” during eating but this is a business that holds multiple parties and they need to keep things on schedule. Bailey was our party leader and she was awesome. The other 2 assistants, Chris and Kier were just as helpful. The room was set up perfectly and they made sure to keep the party moving. The 2 women at the front desk/reception area were an absolute pleasure to work with. Also, shoutout to Janine and Marissa for matching our vision. The place is clean from corner to corner. We can’t say enough good things about this place. If you’re thinking about booking your birthday party here, DO IT.

Beautiful place! SAFE, FUN and CLEAN place for little ones to have fun! Not only the place was clean and organized and KEEP it that way. Multiple times you can see staff walking around putting way and keeping things organized WITHOUT interrupting kids from playing! So much to see, so much to do! We had a blast!

It's a cool place with great classes and parties however, I can absolutely confirm with previous reviews that the 2 girls present at the front desk have an attitude, are not welcoming, annoyed if you interrupt their sidebar conversations, low key rude, etc. Especially the taller girl with the dark hair. Had an attitude when I arrived, I snapped back with one, and she walked by me wouldn't look at me and then gave me glaring looks while leaving. Who the F do you think you are? You're working at the front desk of a kids play place, get over yourself.That being said, the rest of this place is wonderful.

Our first experience here was through a birthday party. Cute and adorable concept. Although I feel the time frames of other parties coming and going created quite the chaos. My kids love the play area and would sleep there if they could but the parents area/waiting room could use some sprucing. It's a bit tight and not much space, in the event you forget socks to partake.

First time here and won't be coming back. Came for a birthday party. It's a cute concept for kids but I'm not a fan of the staff...RUDE. At the end of the birthday party while we were walking out the gift bags were being handed out the worker handing them out looked at me like I had 10 heads when I held my hand out to grab it for my daughter. Like what the heck was that all about very weird vibes to say the least

This is a wonderful place to bring kids to play! There are so many fun rooms that spark a child’s imagination. I was very impressed. I also felt like it was very safe. My daughter had such a fun time! Best of all, it’s extremely clean! They even have employees who walk around and clean off each of the toys as the kids finish with it. We can’t wait to come back! The price is very reasonable as well. Be sure to bring socks for you and your little one. There are no shoes allowed in the play area (another way it’s kept so clean).

I've read some of the reviews and saying it's "clean" is a HUGE stretch. Not only did the place smell like urine but I overheard staff fighting over who was going to clean up urine after some child had an accident on the floor - which by the way is CARPET. Gross. And yes, they ask the children to remove their shoes before they enter, so potentially they have urine-soaked socks when they leave. So while it sounds like it's a fun place to hang out I don't think it's very sanitary. Plus, my friend's child got bullied up in the treehouse by another child who brought a METAL SHOPPING CART up there and the staff did nothing when I asked them to intervene. Is that even considered a toy? So while the parents sit in the front, the children are running around in the back doing whatever they please. Not safe. I suggest you pass on this place.

Absolutely ridiculous for $10 a parent, on top of child pricing.. Sensory Beans is much more worth it!
