“Our small performance group burst into Minuteman during Rochester Fringe, needing both flyers and small posters for our show. We chose them deliberately for the sake of using a local business as opposed to big box chains, and we couldn't have made a better choice. Brad took our files despite being quite busy already, and in an astonishingly short amount of time had everything we needed and more, complete. And at far higher quality than we'd requested for budget's sake. Wonderfully amiable, wholly professional, and completely exceeding our expectations, one has no reason to ever go anywhere else. And we got a fantastic kayaking recommendation out of it, too.”
“I called in to this store and spoke to Vicky. I called asking about the status of my overnight package which I had not received at the expected time (3hrs late). Receiving the package on time was very important to me and my weekend revolved around it’s delivery - which is why I felt comfortable paying the $111 shipping cost.
I asked Vicky about the status of my package and the possibility of a refund, if any, considering it’s late status. She sympathized with my situation immediately and told me she was going to take the appropriate steps to provide me with the answers I needed. I received a call back from her within 10 minutes after she made several phone calls, one of which was to a UPS location in NH.
I can only assume Vicky expressed my situation efficiently and with a sense of urgency because I received the call back from her within 10 minutes. Although my package will not be here until Monday, I am now able to plan my weekend accordingly by not having to wait at my apartment for another 4 hours for a package that will not be here today.
Even though my package will be late, I can comfortably leave my apartment and enjoy the rest of my weekend because of Vicky! This might not seem like a big deal, but it’s the little things that count. Vicky deserves some recognition from upper management!”

“I just dropped off my package there for shipment, and I was given good customer service! The person I worked with was no stranger to hospitality. I asked for a paper and pen as I didn't have the shipment address written down on a paper. He didn't acquiesce like some people at the busy shipping locations would.The interior was inviting, and the scent in the air was from an incense. Don't let the store front fools you, and parking is plentiful. I came here as it's the nearest shipping facility, and I'd definitely come back again for the convenience and to support this local business. Every time I go to a FedEx store, there's always a long line or the employee's not at the register, still dealing with the printing stuff or other packages.”
