I've lived in Pine Plains for 2 and a half years, Maybe it's just me because I'm not rich but I am very disturbed how they take advantage of the public My fiance and I needed Formula for our daughter it's 20 to 25 dollars max they charged us 39.99 for baby formula of course they are gonna be nice to you they are holding our wallets and purses at gun point robbing us with a smile on their face again maybe it's just me, I mean 30 dollars ain't enough greed you want 39.99 that's double the normal price

I was travelling upstate for my wedding and my fiance and i needed covid testing for our honeymoon. Most places would not see us in the area as it was LDW and they were closing early. Rehan and his team made sure to stay open until we arrived so we can take a covid test. They were the nicest people and made a very stressful time much easier. This type of kindness is rare and we thank you so much!!

During a difficult and confusing time, Pine Plains Pharmacy is a bright light. Their COVID testing is so reliable and easy and Jeannie is GREAT with young children. Highly recommend.

Great experience with getting covid test. Was able to speak to a person very quickly when I called. Plenty of appointments, everyone was very nice and gave helpful information. I'm going to make this my go-to pharmacy!

I needed to get a Covid-19 test done and get the results back fast so I could get back to work. Nasir and his staff we very helpful with setting up the appointment same day and walking me through the process step by step. And when I didn't get the results back before closing time on Saturday afternoon I was a little worried I wouldn't get them back in time. But.....Nasir called me after hours and let me know my results came back negative! I was so appreciative that he took time put of his day to stay late to get my my results!! Thank you again and keep up the great work and customer service and support ? ? ?

My son woke up with a slight fever and I wanted to get a quick Covid test to put us all at ease. I made an appt the same day for a time in-between work meetings, drove there, waited maybe 5 minutes, he got tested with a the molecular test (NAAT) which gives results within the hour. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. I haven't had that fast and efficient service anywhere in the area as well as in the city.Highly recommend. Thank you!

All of the staff at the Pine Plains Pharmacy are very polite, very much willing to go out of their way to make sure you walk out a satisfied customer. I recently had to bring my daughter for a COVID test, and the staff stayed late after hours to administer the test so we didn’t have to wait over the weekend until Monday to get tested. I am so very grateful for your assistance and I highly recommend them for all of your pharmaceutical needs.

My daughter & I needed a rapid Covid test & couldn’t get an appointment anywhere. The lovely pharmacist at Pine Plains stayed open late to test us - and we were negative. Thank you so much! Looking forward to returning as a non-panicked customer :)

I was referred to Pine Plains pharmacy for a mandatory COVID-19 test, which is a requirement for my son to return to school. I was anxious about LDW making it difficult to get a test within the 1-3 day requirement needed for him to return to campus. The pharmacy is one of the few (if not only) in the area that facilitates the "rapid PCR" or molecular tests, which are a lifesaver! The test is more accurate than a traditional rapid test and was accepted by my son's school. I called the pharmacy on Friday to schedule an apt for the following Tuesday. A lovely woman named Jeanie assisted us - she was fantastic! She walked us through the different testing options and apt times, how much it would cost, and sent through all of the necessary paperwork. Best part is I arrived at 9:30 a.m. for my test, left at 9:45 a.m., and had the results emailed to me by 10:45... incredible! Again, Jeanie was SO wonderful to work with - pleasant and knowledgeable. If you have children who need testing for school or if you need testing for travel/work, I highly recommend Pine Plains Pharmacy. A local business with top notch technology. Grateful to have them in our community!
