Today i came to drop off Onions load from IdahoI checked in at office 11.30am and the guy told me i have to pay $80 cashAnd i asked him can i park my trailer and go get cash money by Bobtail he said yesI parked my trailer and unhookedI went atm 2 miles down and got moneyWhen i came back they were at lunchI waited for them until 1pmWhile i was waiting i did unstrap and go back office again waited 20 more minutesThere was a cleaning lady and she called her boss for me and her boss said he is sending 1 guyAnd i said okay , i waited 1 more hour nobody cameI decided untarp load and back up to duckAfter i backed up to duck 1 pick up truck came and asked me BOL and $80 cashI gave himHe said , after they unload you come back to office get your receipt and BOLI said okay will doWaiting for unloading and 45 minutes passedI asked forklift guys why you guys not startingThey said , boss didn’t call usAfter a while when rain starts The Guy came with is pick up truck and started complaining about why I didn’t tarp the loadAnd i said i came here with full tarped loadI am waiting for unloading at duckI gave my paper work and money to other guyAnd after that they all started playing with meAnd humiliating meThey told me come back tomorrow morning and tarp againThey did bring my BOL and moneyThey put ‘ load is not tarped and raining ‘ on my BOL and gave me cash backI hope other truck driver can read this and please do not let them SCAM you with your BOL !!!

this is a terrible place! It takes a very long time to unload! I waited 2 hours for someone to simply tell me which dock to go to.. although there was no one else there! It’s unclear why they charge $80 for unloading and don’t tell anyone anything! Very nasty people! everything is dirty. no one knows anything... don't go here!!!
