Dollar general is my favorite store for everything I need. Prices are reasonable. The cashier is nice and the store manager is helpful.

Every cashier I ran into was super cool, pretty clean store and well stocked. It was easier than driving all the way into Geneseo from Letchworth. :)

The dude at the register was rude and said thanks I was going to take a break he said it to where I can hear it. This is twice and once with the girl who has a lip earing. Store floor needs work and there's always carts in the way. of things.

Store is alot better stocked and organized than in the past . the staff are all polite and helpful . I think the new manager deserves a raise !!

Be careful at this store! Items were scanned and employee said transaction didn't go through ...this was AFTER she bagged items. So she leaves items in bag and sticks her arms in bag with scanner and rescans while items are still bagged. Next day 2 charges show up in our bank account however for 2 different amounts..difference is $3.11. So now the manager Champagne, who is less than pleasant ...actually rude, won't give refund even though she spoke to the employee, reviewed the security footage and knows they are all the same items and saw the charges from bank account. Then gives us a non working corporate number and says there's nothing she can do. Obviously when employee rescanned items inside the bags ...something was scanned twice or something was missed and another rescanned twice. Our $58 items become $120!!!

Employees are nice, however the store is horribly organized, can barely even walk around in the store, (if you can, you can only walk sideways) boxes/carts full of merchandise blocks off the isles. Please fix this!

Stood in line for 15 minutes. 2 cashiers working but, at 1 pace SLOWWWWW. . .. FINALLY cashed out and asked for my receipt and the cashier threw it at me. Everytime i go in there the music is as loud as it can be and the vulgarity it's playing is horrible. I have said something but, it never changes. Mike Ross the cashier aka manager I guess is always VERY rude whenever he wants on me. Tonight when he threw my receipt at me was the final straw. I told him he was rude and I was reporting him. He doesn't need to work customer service if he is gonna be rude to the cistomers.
