I went into the Peekskill branch I was the only customer in there at the time, it took about two minutes before either of the two ladies that were sitting behind the desk to acknowledge I was even there and when they finally said something it was do you want a deposit slip, there was no greeting she could’ve said good morning, hello, how can I help you or something. When I handed her the withdrawal sheet back, she put her hand out and said gimme your id very rudely. While she was helping me she stopped and had like a five minute conversation with the other lady that I thought was very rude. The previous staff there was very friendly hopefully these staff members won’t last long there.

Employees are very nice, they always remember us and ask how we are. Glad to do banking here

Had a horrible experience today. I was in line waiting to be helped and when they finally were available the manager and teller were very rude. Made the decision to not do my banking here.
