Came on a Saturday morning. There was only one person at the counter helping customers with a line out the door. Multiple people left in frustration. Wasted a half hour of my time just to drop off a package which I needed a receipt for. Next time I’ll go to any other post office but this one. The postal employee couldn’t have cared less that the lobby was filled with people. I will NEVER come back.

We went to Pearl River Post Office for our passport service. Such a great experience we had over there. Steve and Suraj did take care of everything. Suraj gave us the appointment and the forms to fill in. Once we are there Steve took care of the application process. Took pictures for passport at the Post Office.Customer Care was amazing. We didn't have to wait. I will recommend this place to my friends.

The two nasty women up front have transfered out. They are short handed, so a little slow, but the service is SO much better now.

We had an awful customer experience! Both postal service workers were EXTREMELY rude and unprofessional! The environment was unwelcoming. One worker had her airpods on and was scrolling on her phone the entire time we were asking her questions about our passport application process. She was annoyed that we were asking her questions. The next postal service worker was EXTREMELY rude! We asked questions because we were a confused. She had an attitude with us the entire time. She grabbed our passport and began speaking slow, insulting our intelligence. We had 15 minutes allotted for our appointment and she turned us away instead of helping us. Due to the number of comments talking about the unprofessionalism, it is evident professional development and customer service training is needed.

Terrible service in an institution that is not exactly known for good customer service. The woman at the window is one of the rudest, power hungry people I have ever met. She was very quick to "correct" me when I misunderstood very unclear direction. Go somewhere else, not the Pearl River post office

I would give them less than one star if possible! The most horrible and rude people I have ever met!!!! Mean staff! avoid using them! especially for passports!! Whoever is manager, you should find some nicer girls to work there!

Very unpleasant experience. I went here with my daughter to get her a passport. The woman made me feel so uncomfortable. Was rude and rushed me the whole time. I would avoid this post office if possible!

Very rude and unprofessional staff…awful experience every time I go there. Do yourself a favor and go to another post office where the staff knows how to conduct themselves and has respect for themselves.

I wish I could give ZERO stars. Every time I go here, the workers are so rude I cannot believe that they are allowed to keep their jobs. They are so unhelpful, and always seem like they cannot be bothered with questions. The one lady I worked with today was probably the rudest person I've ever encountered in my life.
