Stayed here for a wedding, which was also being held at the hotel. Building looks like a castle. Function rooms were large and well appointed. The food that was served at the wedding was very good. Rooms were nice for the most part, although our room did not have a refrigerator and we found the AC to be very loud when it turned on at night (it’ll wake you up). Also, one of the nights we were there, there was a lot of yelling and commotion in the hallways at night.

My fiancé and I stayed here this past weekend. The staff was amazing (specially Jordan who was host for the restaurant). The pool area was super clean and well kept, the sauna and gym were also amazing.
The hotel it self was absolutely amazing and beautiful both inside and out. I can’t say enough good things about the staff and the hotel!

I can’t say enough good things about our experience at The Hilton Pearl River for our wedding! From start to finish, the staff went above and beyond to make our special day unforgettable.
The planning process was seamless, thanks to Derek, Gerry and her entire team, who was incredibly attentive and organized. They took the time to understand our vision and ensured every detail was perfect. The communication leading up to the day was clear and reassuring, which made us feel at ease.
Many of our guests stayed at the hotel the night of the wedding and before and the entire process was without flaw.
This was the ideal venue for our wedding. From food to accommodations, everything was perfect! If you were like me looking for reassurance to book this venue look no further!

Staff was friendly and accommodating. Had a nice time at an event and one night stay here. Only thing that was meh was breakfast. Just not a ton of options and was a little stale in my opinion, but had the basics like eggs, oatmeal, toast, etc.
Clean room and overall recommend.
Lastly, this was probably the only hotel room that didn’t have the AC BLASTING as soon as we stepped in which I appreciated.

Resturant staff was very unprofessional talking with out manner told us not to sit on table for breakfast sit with others don’t understand , how they could talk like that and cashier bring check bill before even start Breakfast .

We were there for our annual training conference. From the time of check-in until we checked out, the employees had great customer service and care. They were very accommodating and friendly.
The staff are very different from other hotels I have stayed in. You get the usual smile and cordial nod. Not here. They actually spoke to you with sincerity. This was nice and refreshing. I am hoping we can continue to have the training conferences there.

Very nice hole in the middle of a golf course, unfortunately the room I got was very noisy, no buffet breakfast.
Rooms: Nice and spacious rooms, mine was very noisy
Food and drinks: A la carte breakfast is very basic, missing the Hilton buffet

Very elegant classy hotel located in serene nature setting. Rooms are very clean but a little noisy coming from AC fan. Heat was weak. My wife's Apple phone connected seamlessly but my Android Samsung & my laptop running Linux didn't not. I never had issues connecting at other hotels. Technical Support was not helpful at all.

We stayed in Hilton Pearl River to attend one of friend’s daughter’s wedding, we checked in on 29/08/2024 and they charged us USD$780.00 and staff said we will return you $150.00 on your check out time, so that means $210.00 for one night.
As we entered in a room found bit smelly, Carpet was very old, so must be it smells, even our other friends also told us the same thing and they showed their doubt about, it seems run down hotel.
Over and above due to their mistake/s (Seems they did not do regular inspection of sprinkler) all of sudden sprinkler starts in our room around 1am on 01/09/2024, as we need to leave next morning so most of our stuff was packed except one bag kept open as we need to pack our night dress and toiletries. So due to sprinkler our most of clothes got wet and we were unable to sleep in a room as bed and room were flooded.
Staff was so rude and unhelpful they said we don’t have any other room you can sleep with your friend or stay in a lobby. After so many arguments to provide us room to sleep as we have paid, they said they won’t charge us for that night, but they charged us fully for 3 nights and after so many emails still they did not send us invoice, so we are just out of clue how much they charge to us for 2 nights? We did not expect this kind of 0 service from reputed hotel chain.

Stayed at the Pearl River for a wedding and the team went above and beyond to help during and after my stay! The front desk & concierge were wonderful with getting all my luggage up to my room & Michelle was super helpful at helping to ship back a valuable item to me that I accidentally left.
Rooms were beautiful and the outside looks amazing!

We just hosted our wedding here and could not have asked for a better experience. The property is beautiful and the rooms are extremely comfortable. The service is unbelievable and our guests had nothing but amazing things to say after the wedding. Highly recommend!

Beautiful Hilton that looks like an English castle from the 70s but inside is absolutely modern and functional. Splendid and courteous staff, I would like to point out the excellent Michelle. And also the colleagues from the evening including Osvaldo as well as the guy from the bar born in Vancouver with whom I had a nice chat in French and the ladies at breakfast. Absolutely promoted for us.

My stay at Hilton Pearl River was marred by extremely noisy rooms, primarily due to the loud air conditioning units both inside and outside the room. The constant humming and rattling made it impossible to relax or sleep comfortably. Despite bringing this issue to the attention of the staff, their response was not only unhelpful but shockingly rude.
The staff showed little concern for the inconvenience caused by the noise and offered no viable solutions or accommodations. Their dismissive attitude only exacerbated the frustration of dealing with the persistent disturbance. As a guest paying for a peaceful and comfortable stay, I expected better customer service and professionalism.
Overall, the experience was disappointing and far below the standard I would expect from a Hilton property. Until these noise issues are addressed and the staff attitude improves, I cannot recommend staying at Hilton Pearl River.
