I did not come in here to shop today, I came in because my daughter was in today’s 4th of July Parade on Main Street; while she was dancing in the parade with her school, she became ill due to the heat. This store was the only one that we could go into that was open and had air conditioning. There was a table with chairs where we my daughter was able to sit. The AMAZING STAFF brought her water. To our amazement Glynis who happened to be working there today is an EMT!!! And was better able to help. She took my daughter’s pulse, brought more cold water, cold compresses, and snacks. She checked her pulse again made sure she was feeling better. Long story short this Sherwin - Williams staff is by far the best and most friendliest. Thank you to all who help my girl. You are incredibly amazing.

Wanted to give credit to manager Rob and all of his staff, especially Jose and Angelica for their friendly demeanor and professionalism. Their product knowledge and willingness to provide me with all I needed for a complete interior repaint (ceilings to baseboard) a "butter" job!TY ROB

I wish I knew about them sooner, was recommended I come see them from questions I had on social media. Extremely knowledgeable staff got me set up with exactly what I needed. Made suggestions and offered other options as well. Will use them for all my future paint needs for sure. I forget their names, but all 3 gentlemen in the store were very helpful.

My hubby and I went in today to check out some colors for our upcoming kitchen reno, and as we walked in Joe greeted us. He was super friendly & informative. We told him that we weren’t looking to make a purchase and just browsing and he still just kept giving us advice & consulting us. Honestly, it was awesome. So I just wanted to come give him a shout out for his awesome customer service. Thank you!

Love the Patchogue Store, Colleen is the best!!!! Initially met Rob, then Joe. So helpful, love the paint, love the Emerald Line bc my walls are a bit rough in some places. They always have a sale for Homeowners through their Paint Perks so you can afford to use their top line. They converted me, a loyal Benjamin Moore user.FIVE STARS for sure.
