Beware of billing practices of Dr. Narain....SV OB/GYN ...on 4/1/23 I received a bill with a total balance due of $25 (co-pay) for three separate things. I paid it immediately...now, 3 months later ...I've gotten another bill with a $5.00 monthly 'finance charge' plus $25 ...an additional $40.00. I called to question this and the receptionist was extremely rude and hung up on me...I called back and she accused me of cursing, which did not. I asked her what curse words I used...she couldn't respond with any...instead she began to berate me....I told her the bill was (paid and on time as per their own statement) she began explaining that even though it was their statement, it was only a partial co pay and that I should read my insurance statements. I responded that I was willing to pay the additional $25.00 co pay ...but not the extra $5.00 a month finance charge, that I never agreed to, she said " yes, you did when you initially signed the paperwork to be seen ." So they sent me the agreement that I signed...apparently it's one line ...buried in the middle of a two page document that you sign when you first go there that agrees to a finance charge who has time to read all this when you have a an encyclopedia to fill out before you see a doctor? I should also mention that I had a biopsy done. Unfortunately, he did it in the wrong place...without waiting for anesthesia to take affect. RUN the other way.

I'd give 0 stars if I could. Dr Narain is so money hungry that they charged me 15.00 because I didn't pay 1.89 charge on time. Reason was that they were looking to waive a no show fee so when I got the bill I thought it was the fee that I was charged. When I called about it they stated that the no show fee was waived but now there is was 15.00 finance fee because the 1.89 was not paid. Smh. Looking at the reviews of this practice it's no wonder that he needs those 15 dollars more than me. So enjoy them Dr Narain. Hope they help put food on your table tonight.

I don't know why it's taken me this long to write this POSITIVE review on SV Aesthetics. I think it's because I am overdue at getting a facial myself and in need to make another appointment. I know it's never easy finding somewhere you love and trust to go regularly, but I am ready to go back and be pampered. I had a signature facial with Cheryl and loved it! Left with glowing skin and a pleasant experience. Highly recommend to anyone in the Patchogue area looking for a good quality and great value treatment.Service: Facial treatments

SV OBGYN is a horrible horrible place to work and be a patient at. The medial assistants are NOT certified and the girl they claim is "the nurse" is NOT a nurse, she is the only certified medical assistant. The office manager is rude, unprofessional and a complete j**** If she is in a bad mood she will make your day a living nightmare. If you are new they leave you hanging and ask you to take on jobs you didn't apply for and are NOT certified at. The managers are rude and break HIPPA laws on the daily by discussing patient information with each other like they are at a Sunday brunch hang out. Also despite it being super ILLEGAL, they do NOT pay over time. The doctors are cheap and do illegal things such as not hiring certified medical assistants, not paying over time, and not having a proper HR manager to make complaints to and feel safe with. It is a disgusting place to work and if I could save any one from making the mistake of applying here like I did, I will. It is a shame these things are going on and the patients/future staff aren't made aware.

My sons have been patients here for over 15 years. And have literally been going to SV since they were 3 days old. I have always been pleased with ALL OF THE STAFF they were always warm and welcoming until as of lately,my sons and I have been treated differently.... 2 of providers have been rude and not friendly at all. Almost overworked...? Annoyed..... no patience....Dr Narain in particular.... was EXTREMELY RUDE!!! And angry ? We did nothing out of the norm perhaps she was having a bad day....? But either way. It's very sad, because it left us feeling very badly and we will no longer be going back. Sv lost its charm and warmth.

Got under arm hair laser removal and noticed a huge difference within 2 treatments haven’t had to shave and im up to my 4th one loved it would definitely recommend it to anyone.

Had another incredible facial by Cheryl! SV Aesthetics is a hidden gem.... Cheryl's facials are just as good if not better than others I have had at more expensive, “ritzier†spas. Since SV's prices are so reasonable, I can go often and my skin benefits from regular facials and I benefit from the relaxing experience. Highly recommend!

Did not have a good experience at this place... was coming here for quite some time (3+ years) to get laser done and saw very minimal results. Found a new laser place and got a second opinion and now I am so much happier with the results (that is with only 1 treatment)..

I've been going to Dr.Narain for 3-4 years,he's the best I must say. He's very friendly,encouraging, genuine person. Office is very clean and the waits usually aren't long. Love this place just not a fan of one of his secretaries. One by the name of Michelle is very snarky didn't like her attitude but overall great environment.

Cheri is the best!!! She makes me so happy and I got a hair removal treatment and have really thick hair but have already seen a huge difference in only TWO sessions!
