After using CVS for many years and dealing with nothing but attitudes and issues I must say I wish I found Lighthouse years ago! The staff is incredibly kind and they always have my medicine available with a smile. Will never use anyone else for my pharmaceutical needs. I strongly recommend Lighthouse over any other pharmacy. Thank you!!

Love the fact they have free delivery! Ken, the delivery person is awesome. I always know, when I call for a delivery, the approximate time he will be here so it works out great. I've only been in there a few times but the staff is friendly and very hospitable. I like helping local businesses instead of a chain store. The people that work there are much more personable!!

I moved to Patchogue a few years ago and looking for a new pharmacy was almost as hard as looking for a house. Tried one on Sills Road, nasty man, didn't offer any help, tried the other two large pharmacies. Run by cooperation, no personal touch. Then one of my neighbors told me about Lighthouse. They're tucked in but McDonald's, easy to miss. Met the pharmacist who can answer my questions should my Dr change something on me. I don't drive and they deliver! Perfect. Ken is awesome, he's always on time and has a great personality. So glad to have a small hands on pharmacist again.

Dave was great. I switched over from CVS Bc when I was assigned a new medication, I had questions and they told me to read the back of the pamphlet. After being on this new medication for the Month, I still had questions so I decided to switch to the pharmacy my husband uses. Dave was knowledgeable and answered my questions thoroughly. Thank you so much for the great customer service.Even before this encounter, he helped me with my daughter since I had a question of coverage for pediasure, he helped look up pricing for me and checked to see if my insurance would cover it....and she wasn’t even a patient of his yet. I highly recommend the great staff at lighthouse pharmacy.

The most amazing people. They truly have gone above and beyond to assist me. Very pleasant atmosphere and amazing people who work there. If they do not have the product or medication you need they truly go out of their way to facilitate your needs. Not only that, they are honest with the pricing of the medication and they don't price gouge on the prices of the medication. I always recommend Lighthouse Pharmacy!!!! A real Family Pharmacy!!!
