Catskill Valley Homes is a family-owned and operated full-service home building company. I built my first home with them: a manufactured (mobile) home. As a single woman from NYC now living in an upstate NY rural community, negotiating the home construction culture and world was a daunting prospect.And yet from the beginning to the end of this entire process, I have felt very supported, confident, encouraged and listened to. Amy Goodstein, at Catskill Valley Homes made the journey with me every step of the way: choosing a model, designing it to fit my needs, my wishes and every last detail (I’m a fanatic for details). Can I have more windows? Can I leave a wall out here? Can I move that wall over 12”? Can I take a door out there, can I put another kitchen window in here? The answer to every question (after she cleared it with Commodore, the company that made the house) was YES!My very affordable home arrived about 8 weeks after I ordered it, right on time. We watched it arrive on two flatbeds and it was perfect! I planned to be surprised, happy, perhaps disappointed about some things, but I found not one tiny bit wrong or out of place or disappointing. I am over-the-moon about my new home. From the exterior siding color and trim (carbon & clay), to every detail on the inside, to the kindness and highly skilled finishing work the CVH team completed (on time and very efficiently) I was frankly astounded at every turn.Frank Finn, Amy and Brian’s uncle, guided me through the process of preparing the land for the house to get down the long driveway - all the way to the delivery and set up of the house. There were a few issues which can be expected with the building of any house - nothing out of the ordinary, but Frank, Amy, Brian and Steve addressed all of them quickly and efficiently.If you want an affordable manufactured home, you need a good company that will guide you through the process, return your phone calls, be friendly and professional and see you through to your Certificate of Occupancy. Catskill Valley Homes is that company! To this day - after I’m all moved in with everything I need, they continue responding to questions and comments.Thank you Catskill Valley Homes!

Started the process of purchasing a new manufactured home with Amy in 2022. From the first day we met her, to the day our home was delivered, she was nothing short of amazing. She is kind, honest, patient, and straightforward. I'll be forever grateful that she was the person that worked through this process with us. Even with delays from our homesite not being finished in time for delivery, Amy made sure that we were taken care of and never surprised us with any bills. Frank is also very kind and patient and always kept his word with us. Thank you Catskill Valley Homes!!!

terrible experience, highly DO NOT RECCOMEND!! My fiancé and I were looking into a modular home for our dream home, my fiancé went without me to look around and found a few styles he had liked so we got in contact with a lady to come in on a day they’re closed to check out some of the homes, we were very serious about purchasing a home, after looking around and finding a home we loved we sat down with the lady and we discussed all the options to build our dream home, weeks went by and I followed up to see what was going on because I was suppose to have already received an email and when I called it just so happened that the lady said that she was working on sending me the email shortly…. which was a lie because I never received any email following up from our in person conversation! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!! I therefore had to look for other options to build my dream home since she wasted my time, I don’t recommend this place AT ALL, my fiancé and I were very serious about this whole process, not sure why we weren’t taken serious, but I’m very glad we didn’t waste our money on this terrible business

And everyone involved in making this happen has been a pleasure to deal with.. from the top down..everyone is exceptionally knowledgeable and proficient … They made this purchase very easy… They will always be there for you , before during and after your purchase..

As first time home buyers, we had no idea where to begin the process of a new construction home. We had some bad experiences with a few other local builders and were apprehensive to keep trying. Thankful we landed at Catskill-Valley. They are patient, transparent, knowledgeable AND took the time to answer not only all of our questions but offered advice and suggestions for things we hadn't even thought of yet. The model homes are beautiful and Amy gave us the full tour along with invaluable information. We just closed on our land and it wouldn't have been possible without the support from the Catskill-Valley crew. Love the home we are building, so excited about this!

Our experience with the Catskill Valley team was phenomenal from beginning to end. They were professional, honest and sincere. We put our dream home in their hands and it was the best decision we've ever made. Our modular home is exactly what we wanted and there were no surprises whatsoever. Which we've heard is not the norm with most builders. Everything came in right on budget. Brian and his crew did a turn key package and when a phase was complete he would face time us so we were a part of the progress. We would recommend Catskill Valley to anyone. Thanks again guys and we can't wait to have a bbq!

Catskill Valley Homes built us our first new home in Woodbourne, NY. The whole team from the beginning of the process was great. John Arpino did a fantastic job of helping us design the home (Along with Brian), and also helped us tremendously with pricing. CVH/Brian was very upfront with all costs associated with the build, and answered all questions with hidden motivations. I was very pleased with the communication and the fact that not once did I ever feel or see them trying to take advantage of us, or hide any costs, again, everything was very up front. The biggest thing I found was that they stayed exactly on budget, which I found incredible. I never thought that building a new home on un proven ground that would be possible to stay within the contracted budget.
