If you truly care about your car, and the quality of work you get done, read this before taking yours to this shop. I never really write reviews, but I would be doing a disservice to all other customers if I didn't. This was one of the WORST auto body shop experiences I have ever encountered. They took my car in to fix the front bumper due to slight paint chips and dings from a small hit and run. After they saw the car, I waited 4 days before I could bring the car in. Brought it in, was told I'd get the car back by the next day. When I called the next day, as requested, to get my car, they said it wasn't ready, and I'd have to get it the following day. After that the time frame is all over the place because I've been back and forth with these people for weeks. When I finally got my car back it was raining the day I picked it up, so I couldn't get a good look of the job. A day or 2 later, when the rain stopped, I looked at the car and noticed several remaining dings and paint chips, as well as orange peel left back from a poor paint job. I called the shop and let the owner know, and he said to bring it back in and he'll fix it because the guys he had working on it messed it up, and he didn't get a chance to look at it before he gave me the car. Again, I had to take the car back after a couple days, because HE wasn't available that day or the following day. After taking the car back and being told I'll get it back the next day, when I called to pick it up, I was told it wasn't ready, and I'd have to come the following day... why? Because apparently, he had the same guys work on the car again, and yet again, they messed it up, so he has to "on his day off, go to the shop early Sunday morning to fix it just for me." I told him this is getting ridiculous now, the entire time I have been extremely patient and lenient. He apologized, and told me to get it Sunday afternoon. I went Sunday to get it expecting my car to be all done, and wash my hands clean of this place, only to be told that I have to bring the car back the following day (Monday) after work because its not done yet, "it has to be polished." RIDICULOUS! I went home to take a good look at it, and saw that the bumper basically looked worse than it did when I initially took it there. Monday afternoon I called the owner to remind him that he told me to bring it in the evening, and he now tells me that by the time I get there it'll be too late, and he can't wait for me that long. And continues to say that he can't do it Tuesday because of a prior engagement, and that I need to bring it in on Wednesday. I expressed my frustration in a professional manner, he apologized and said "I know, but sometimes things just happen" and asks me to continue accommodating for him and bring it in Wednesday. When I finally brought my car in for what I was hoping would be my last visit there, I had to stand there for 4 hours (when it should’ve taken 45 minutes at the most) and physically point out spots they missed as they completed the job. They had missed SOOO much, and had I not looked for myself, they would’ve given me the car in an incomplete condition. If you do take your car here, spend time and look at the detail work, because it seems like they only focus on surface quality [bare minimum]. On top of that, when I came home and took more time to examine my car, I noticed overspray from when they painted the bumper. They initially told me they took the bumper off to re-paint it, but completely LIED. They painted my bumper right on the car. When I took my car to get the bumper re-coated (I had previously ceramic coated the entire car 1 month prior), I wasn’t surprised to find out that the entire car now had to be recoated again, instead of the bumper alone; which costs MORE MONEY. I’m so fed up with this place. Why do I have to inconvenience myself this way because of THEIR poor, complacent, and unprofessional work? No business should ever have their customers going back and forth,
