Good place, but need few improvements

Great car wash but one of the guys there had the ABSOLUTE nastiest attitude. The gave me the nastiest look and was very rude. I will NEVER go to this car wash again. And they’ve gotten lazy. Throwing wet mats in my car. Me having to go back and clean behind them because I can clearly see that the interior wasn’t properly wipes down. They got lazy. U Wong be coming here anymore. And I’m pissed because I tipped $10 just to see that my car was not properly cleaned up to standard. If I’m paying for the best car wash why am I paying EXTRA to have my mats washed. How is that not included in the price??? I won’t be coming here anymore.

hand and machine wash can NOT clean most of bug marks，so，the very basic service is good enough. Still the best car wash around JFK area.

DO NOT COME HERE
They will do everything for you to fail your inspection and then try to sell you services or tires.
In my case, they told me I was failing my inspection because of two tires; one tire "looked old" and one other tire had some wear on it.. and then tried to sell me tires...
On the report to the DMV, they put down that both tires were bald which was not true at. These people are criminals and cowards and reading the other reviews on here in not surprised.

The car wash itself does a good job, but you have to keep an eye on the guys that dry up at the end. They don't always do a thorough job.

Car wash sucks they Don't dry your car they don't wipe it down they put the tire wet on wet tires and they put too much so when you drive out it ends up all over your car

Terrible service ? they literally delivered my dirty car, I paid for a full service and they only washed the carpets and cleaned the windows. They didn't vacuum, they didn't remove dust or anything at all and they didn't dry very well either... I actually felt cheated
