Disappointing. Unprofessional. Irresponsible. I called to get my vehicle “withdrawn from use” and to my understanding it was a done deal. The agent did not follow through and I was charged full price. Then the office shut down without a courtesy call expressing such information. Very disappointing.

Bill and his team consistently provide excellent and efficient service. In the unfortunate instances we have had to utilize our insurances, Bill has personally walked myself and my husband through the necessary steps to be taken and continuously followed up until everything was resolved. My husband and I have our home, auto, umbrella liability and life insurance policies with Bill's office. Nicole in the office was very knowledgeable and efficient at making some deductible and endorsement adjustments on our homeowners policy to save us some money. They also provided great customized policies for our life insurance needs at surprisingly affordable rates. We are now starting to review life insurance coverage for our kids. It is so convenient to have all policies in one location.

I’ve got to experience the pleasure of working with Dorina at State Farm. She has been beyond amazing and has gone above and beyond to get me the cheapest package deal and that she definitely accomplished. She was the only insurance agent who has and continued to be persistent and very patient with me during the process.
