My family and I have been doing business with Lloyd for 20 years. The service is impeccable. At a moment's notice, the service manager has fit me in for an emergency wheel bearing, inspection the list goes on and on. It's the kind of service that makes you feel like family. They get a 10 in my book. I'm not really good with words. I hope anybody looking to either buy a vehicle or have their vehicle maintained by Warren auto sales reas this and takes it into consideration. You will not be disappointed

I am so pleased with the service and the personalities of the folks that work at Warren Auto sales auto shop. They go above and beyond anything I ever expected an Auto service dealer to do. I have owned vehicles for the past 60 years and never have I been this happy. So happy that I even tip them and that is something I don't do unless I am very pleased. So many times folks see a woman walk in and they just take advantage of her but not here they explain everything thoroughly. It helps that I do have some knowledge of vehicles. One of the vehicles I own is a mini Cooper countryman. I stopped there one day about 2 years ago and asked if they worked on mini coopers and they said yes of course we do. I was so impressed with that because most places would put their head down and said yes we do but we don't like to. So it makes sense that I would not take my mini Cooper any place else but Warren Auto. I also own two other vehicles one is a 2004 Jeep runs beautifully thanks to Warren Auto and also a 2003 Chevy 2500 diesel truck and they are the only ones that can work on that properly. As you can see I cannot say enough good things about Warren auto repair shop. I would recommend them and I do recommend them to everyone I know. This is from a very happy customer and will continue to be happy as long as Terry and Floyd are at Warren auto shop. Thank you very much, you two, for being the folks whom you are. I appreciate both of you.

They did my nys inspection as well as replacing 2 axels on my car. The service was quick and reasonable. Terry is always so helpful and nice! She’s the best! Absolutely makes you feel like everything’s being handled and they are looking out for what’s best.

We bought a car from Warren Auto Sales several years ago and now we bought another car from Warren Auto Sales back in April. We couldn’t be happier with it! Great friendly service. Quentin is the man and made everything so easy. Definitely be getting our vehicles from Warren Auto Sales from now on.

If you’re going to just buy a car it’s not bad. Now trying to find out what’s covered and what’s not, setting up an appointment and basic questions is the issue. The receptionist is consistently disrespectful and rude. I’d rather just pay to have things fixed then go back and forth with them. Never again

Bought my very first truck at Warren auto. It needed a few repairs right after purchase but they were good at honoring the warranty. I'd buy another vehicle from them. Fair prices. Good service.
