This boost mobile has 2 horrible employees. The lady's that work there do a horrible messing up my phone 3 times. The guy that's in charge of the place is amazing. I for now on only play my bills in person with him. I had one experience with the lady that works there named Diana, who is horrible, knows nothing about the company, isn't helpful at all, messed up my phone bill 3 times
