It was a pleasure working with the team from Creative Remodeling. We had work done on two bathrooms, hall lighting, kitchen floor, and cabinet modification to fit a regular size gas stove. It was originally a drop in electric. They were easy to work with to make modifications for our budget. When there were a couple issues, they were right there to fix it. I find that very important. They are knowledgeable, and offer a nice variety of good products.
Each day they left everything neat and clean, which is also important. I very much recommend Creative Remodeling Services LLC.

We did an extensive remodel of our kitchen, living room, powder room and misc. little things. An innocent block of cabinets and storage were between the kitchen and living room areas. This is where Creative Remodeling came to the rescue. A new build is one thing, remodeling is completely another. Many problems were uncovered in demolishing this block of cabinets. Problems were uncovered in some of the kitchen work. These guys figured out every challenge and turned it into success. The results were a stunning, successful project. The drawings that they created turned into a space better than we could have ever imagined. Everything is done in their beautiful showroom. They dealt with permits, inspectors, materials, trash removal, and anything that popped up unexpectedly. A one-stop shopping experience instead of running all over Erie County to pull a job together. Recommend them highly.

Every one, from the bosses to the clean up crew, was easy to work with and talk to. Quality work from quality people. My bathroom is beautiful! I highly recommend Creative Remodeling Services.

When we started our search for a contractor for a kitchen renovation, we went with a word-of-mouth recommendation. Creative Remodeling did a renovation for a well-respected structural engineer who was so happy with their work, so we decided to take his word. We were not disappointed!!
Dave and Mike came in and did thorough measurements, taking hours to pull together their initial estimate. Creative might be a bit more expensive, but we literally had zero problems which I think is WELL worth going the extra mile. Their quality of work was also second to none.
We were given a calendar so that we would know who was coming and going and on which day. They kept to the plan and when needed communicated any changes well ahead of time.
Our Lead Carpenter on the project was incredibly professional, always stopping in to make sure the project for the day ran smoothly or to be sure things were cleaned up appropriately and the designer was friendly, professional and on top of everything.
It is my pleasure to HIGHLY recommend Creative Remodeling, they were amazing, and our kitchen turned out better than expected!

I scheduled an appointment for a kitchen project, the contractor had to come twice because he didn't measure correctly the first time, and told me multiple times he was going to send an estimate and never did, very unprofessional to say the least. If they did not have the time to fit the job in with scheduling or couldn't take the job, then I could understand. The lack of communication and waste of my time was very unnecessary. I'm grateful they did not work on my house, seeing they are inept at communicating, measuring, or sending a simple estimate.

Unprofessional, waste of time, didn't measure the first time he was there and had to come a second time, than said he was going to send an estimate and never did, I wouldn't hire these incompetent contractors

My wife and I recently had a kitchen remodel completed with CRS. From the start they handled everything with care and professionalism. The job was done on time, under budget, and with no issues. We enjoyed working with the entire team, from ownership, to the designer, Brittany, the fantastic carpenters, and even the sub-contractors were great. I highly recommend them for your kitchen remodeling needs.

We could not be happier with our new kitchen or with the folks at Creative Remodeling. At every step they were professional, timely and totally obsessed with quality.Brittany was amazingly helpful in helping us focus on our design preferences. Paul, our MVP, did much of the work himself, but he also led the installation team, including all the subcontractors. He personally oversaw every aspect of the project, keeping us informed at every step of where we were, what was coming, and when it would be done. In every instance, his assessment was spot on.Going into this project, we had two criteria. We didn’t want to compromise on the quality of our new kitchen (“this is OK, but… “), and we didn’t want to deal with delays, extending the project timeline again and again for “unforeseen” problems or “uncontrollable” issues.Creative Remodeling gets an A+ on these two criteria and across the board. Even the pricing: as we considered any design choice, they informed us in writing of what the cost would be. The payment schedule was clear and predictable.I know there are less expensive companies, but we wanted a premium experience, and that’s what we got! Creative Remodeling deigned and completely refurbished my kitchen, including new cabinets, countertops, backsplash, and appliances. Working with Mike, Dave and their team I could not have been more pleased. They performed when promised, on time with excellent workmanship. My project was designed and completed during the pandemic and supply chain issues.
