Worst Verizon store I’ve ever been to which is saying a lot considering my family has been with Verizon for over 15 years. Store associates don’t acknowledge you when you come in at all we waited 15 minutes without a word said to us and walking out. Oh well they just lost a big sale. I suppose I’ll just do it online or another nearby town. I understand helping another customer but with 4 people standing there a hi we will be with you in a few minutes goes a long way. This is the 4th time I’ve been to this store and will be my last! The last time they wouldn’t honor any promotions they were having and the $500 dollar credit was never applied after calling corporate and their store half a dozen times we still
NEVER got it. the manager there the big guy with grey hair is the most unknowledgeable and the problem of it all. Verizon you need a new team at this store!

Service was helpful at first, but due to an error with their system, we spent about 2 hours in the store. That's with knowing what we wanted and having the phones on the counter within the first 10 mins. It seems that the staff constantly have questions and no one is there that is actually knowledgeable to complete the process without calling someone when an issue pops up. We then went back to get casesand screen protectors the same day because we couldn't find one for my husband's phone and they overcharged us and said we got a discount. The prices didn't even add up but no receipt was given and we were over dealing with them so we just took the loss. Will NOT be back again. Same issues every time we go. Would rate lower but want this review seen

What a bunch of thieves! Putting stuff on my plan changing my number without telling me anything. Then I go back talk to management and try to make an appointment at 6:15 when I get out of work...but he says he can't make an appointment an hour before he closes. What a joke I feel awful. I am sick to my stomach over all of it. I mean the money you spend what a joke. I feel violated. I wish I never went there.

Tried to come at 4pm on a Sunday and the store was completely closed. Hours posted and online said the store was open until 6pm on Sundays.No sign was posted saying out for lunch or temporary hours or anything. Really frustrating.

Customer service was terrible. 2 employees just stood there talking, didn't even acknowledge we were there. The rest of the employees were out back. Finally, we waited on, and I had questions concerning charges on my bill. One of your employees was so rude to us that I felt so embarrassed around other customers that I just gave up and left.

The sales person was cold to me. I'd ask questions about the item I was purchasing and he would not even acknowledge me. All he seemed interested in was making brownie points and his commission. Didn't even say thank you at the end. I spent over $1200.00 and that's how I was treated. DEFINITELY WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS STORE NOR GO BACK!

I needed a new phone and plan so I went to the Olean store, and was pushed around to multiple salesmen who didn’t give me much attention and ended up with a bunch of extra add ons without consulting me. Resulting in an extremely expensive bill. I never would have known I was paying extra if I hadn’t gone to another Verizon store for something else. Check your bills from this place for extra charges!!

Tried to open a business line and port in my business number. Turned into a complete nightmare. Never got done. Ended up with a closed account on one carrier because I started the port process. I have no idea what happened. I ended up with two business accounts and a non-working phone. I ended up having to port my own phone number to Google voice just so I would not lose it. The guy trying to get stuff to work was super friendly and a good salesman. His boss that tried to help was very friendly and tried his best. It was some issue further in the Verizon company I believe.
