Pretty decent selection of named brand shoes and good customer service

First the store its self was amazing it had such a great selection. The only problem I experienced was Customer services. I think she was the manager I could be wrong tho. She seemed miserable. I ask for help and she seemed like she was getting annoyed. I was trying to buy shoes myself and just left because of her attitude.

A good place to get different kinds of foot Wear for your feet. The staff were very helpful and polite I always enjoy shopping there and it's the only place I buy my shoes from.

Several options to choose from however they didn't have many size options for each part of shoes offered on the shelves (several duplicate sizes), and the top options were stacked over head (and I'm 6'00" tall) 4-5 boxes high. The staff didn't acknowledge my Wife and I coming into the store, nor did she ask at any point if we needed any assistance. (We only seen 1 employee, and we assume she was responsible for the register).

The store manager was very helpful. One of the customers was having trouble finding the shoe she wanted so the manager offered to check the shoeshow website to order or to check with nearby stores. She did a nice job in providing assistance. Thank you Shoe Department.

Hit or miss, either they have the shoe, and or size you're looking for, or they don't. Always seems to have a limited supply.
